I was frustrated with my phone as it wasn’t working properly, I took it to the Anaheim Hills location of CPR cell & Phoenix was extremely efficient & knowledgeable, He fixed my IPhone in less than a minute & did not charge me anything. Staff is extremely friendly & customer service was excellent.

Not going to add anything that hasn't already been said but was compelled to reinforce the sterling reputation this store location has earned. I'd like to highlight the exemplary service and quality of work delivered by Phoenix. He has, to date, resuscitated my iPhone (twice) and a couple of water damaged iPads. He will be first person I reach out to when I experience a future oh s*** moment with any of my devices. Reasonable pricing, honest/transparent & clear/detailed communication and skilled workmanship. As a consumer/customer, I wish this wasn't as rare as it is today but simultaneously grateful to know it isn't extinct.

Today was the second time I've been to CPR Phone Repair in Orange. After making a repair appt with Best Buy, I was told I needed to leave my phone with them for 4 hours. Both times I have gone to CPR, they fixed my phone right in front of me, with low cost. Thanks Robert!

Excellent service and efficient! Can't remember his name, but he walked me through 3 different options for my son's cracked screen. He explained them and didn't try to push the more expensive one. We dropped off the phone and he repaired it within 30 minutes, but it probably could've taken less time bc he was helping them with something. I was able to catch my flight with time to spare. I will absolutely keep this place in mind for future. Thanks so much!

I was so stressed about my phone not charging but CPR handled it completely in 5 min and gave me some tips on an unrelated issue with my PC. Super affordable too. Highly recommend.
