The location can't be beat. Right across from Disneyland. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The walls are paper thin. No elevator, not fun with a stroller. No one answered the phone when calling the desk. Trash was only only taken out occasionally. Price wasn't much different than other hotels on the strip. Probably won't stay again.Walkability: Right across from Disneyland.

This is a fantastic hotel. Only issue - no elevator to 2nd floor. Had to carry stroller up and down stairs. But worth it.

For a tiny operation this place dreams big...and it pays off as this is one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The employees are ALL top tier. Will stay again!Walkability: You could just about toss a rock and hit the Disneyland front gate. Hard to get much closer ;)

A perfect place to stay. Very close to the parks and if you're carrying stuff, its very quick to go, leave things in the room, and return to the park. The dennys outside is a nice place to go before the parksThe rooms are nice and comfortable, wifi is great

Perfect stay to be within walking distance of Disneyland, California Adventure, and Downtown Disney. Roughly 5 minute walk to any of the 3. The room is just okay and the furniture, decor, etc is aged but if you’re looking for a place to sleep at night, park a car, store your souvenirs, etc it’s an incredibly convenient location. Bunk beds for the kids are a nice touch. Friendly and helpful staff. Glad we stayed here.

Only good thing about this place was the location, (a few meters away from Disney land). But overall it was terrible, the room we were in was to far away from the main building so the wifi didn't work. They even discontinued the breakfast, so that meant Denny's or IHOP every day, which gets expensive fast (I'm a family of six). The service was awful, all they did was take some towels, didn't even put any back, so by the end of the trip we hade one towel left (we started with eight). And the cleanliness was terrible, the top bunk had some weird looking green sticky stuff on it and the floors were caked up with dirt. Now, onto the minor things; shower doesn't drain good, bunks are not full length and the mattresses are so soft, that you just fall into the plywood (if your on a bunk). Overall, wouldn't go there again it was terrible, it would have been better to stay at the hotel beside it (forget what it's called)Rooms: If you stay here, make sure to get a room near to the main building, as the far ones have no wifiNearby activities: Disney land

The hotel is modest, it is better not to talk about cleaning, they do not make the bed during your stay. But it is very close to the entrance to Disneyland. 24-hour restaurants adjoin the hotel

Great location and pools and service, but spotty internet is frustrating when traveling from another country.

Worked well for our needs. Easy walking distance from the park. Even with 2 littles, from the end of fireworks at Disney until we were in our room was only 10-16 minutes, max. It was so nice to just roll the stroller into the room. The beds were okay, obviously worn in, but the bunk beds were so nice for the kids. No longer serves breakfast. Employee said they're turning the breakfast room into a paid snack station. Price of parking added up, but with the room price low, that didn't bother me. Fridge, freezer and microwave in the room were very handy! Outlets and USB ports near the bedside table were useful! Coffee in the room was not very good, but in the breakfast room was better. Guadalupe who attended the breakfast room, was kind and helpful every morning.

Getting to this place amidst other hotels & restaurants was a bit confusing the first time around, but making a U-turn was easy, especially thanks to the kind people who gave me the chance to go. The room was nice and clean, but there was a broken towel holder in the restroom that almost fell on my toe. The small piece of wall that did was vexing enough. It was hard to sleep in the room next to the water pumps; wouldn't recommend. My biggest issue is Alfred though, the most inadequate valet I've ever had the misfortune of encountering, although it wasn't myself, I happened to witness the entire commotion. He incorrectly assumed the reservation holder was someone else, and told another customer that she tried to use her name, although he never so much as inquired anything and jumped to conclusions all on his own. I am extremely irate that he lied to and provoked another customer while I could only watch helplessly while she got in both of my bigger girls' faces. Luckily the woman didn't overreact any further, likely because their dad & a friend were close by... There was a lot of bickering, and Alfred was seriously being ridiculous and racist. All the other staff members were courteous and respectful, but Alfred really put a damper on our rest & relaxation. I hope he retires soon, or gets help he needs.

It was an awesome stay. Bunk beds for the little kids small walk to the park. Dennys right next to the hotel. Highly recommend staying there over some of the other hotels I have stayed at near the park.
