Be cautious. You should double check everything before picking up. I had to rent a trailer and I had a moving crew help me move a bunch of things at the same time. Upon getting the package into my home I discovered it was ripped. I will have to rent another trailer or pay them to come out and exchange the damaged goods. They will not come pick this one up and exchange even when I live just 10 minutes away. Warehouse ops should be taking full responsibility for their processes even when a customer didn’t pay for delivery. My item is damaged and now they’re making me responsible for transporting it back at a cost. I don’t have a truck.

Since covid procedures are being followed here at Daniel's warehouse, it would be nice to have at least an umbrella for the customers waiting outside in the heat.

The warranty department and the stuff they have there is basically trash all made with cheap material material the staff and customer service department do not know anything. They are just I the business of jipping people off.

Exelent service. It is much easier just to go pick up small stuff at the wearhouse. Also I have a delivery made and the workers were really nice and respectful. I will definently recommend buying at Daniel's. Prices are great and lots to choose from.

My mom called this warehouse and ask if they had washing machine's, which the person who answered said yes and that he could give her a better deal than Daniel's furniture store. So we went to this warehouse and walked in and the employee sitting in the very back typing on the computer, kept doing what he was doing pretended like we weren't there. Then a second employee came out, which happened to be the person my mom spoke to on the phone. He went on to show us a couple of washing machine's and said that he can order the washer if my mom liked another type. She would have to go to the Daniel's store and if she found one there, then he can order it! We just left it was a waste of time! and bad customer service!

We bought a sectional couch from the Home Center and came here to pick up since we literally needed it next day and wanted to avoid the $130 delivery charge. The warehouse is tucked in at the end if a Cul de sac so keep an eye out for the signs.The clerk was not very friendly and ignored us while she was finishing a task. We waited about 10 mins in awkward silence until they took our order slip (also without saying a word). That's fine I guess that's why warehouse people are not on the front floor. However the workers who moved the stuff into our car were very helpful.All in all, it was a OK experience and picking it up ourselves saved a good deal in delivery charges.
