Horrible quality and horrible customer service. Bought a bed frame from them that is complete garbage. The thing was wobbly and unstable from the get go. Assembling it was a challenge. Holes for inserting screws didn't line up. The support posts that run along the centerline and are supposed to rest on the floor on the underside of the slats were way too short and just hung in the air doing nothing. 3 months into having it I sat down on the bedside and the side rail snapped like a twig. I contacted customer support and was told absolutely no refunds and that 'as a one-time courtesy they would have the factory send a replacement side rail'. Excuse me? A one time courtesy? The lady on the phone acted like she was going out of her way to get a replacement sent. I'll never shop here again. BEWARE OF POOR QUALITY MERCHANDISE.

I bought a $1400 bed they put it up wrong, called to have them come fix it and new guys came out did not know how to get it corrected. I had to show them photos of how it was in the showroom and they said it was put up wrong in the showroom, when they put it up their way they realized I was right. Then I discovered the bedpost was all scratched up and they tried to use a marker to fix it and I told them I did not pay for brand new furniture for it to be fixed with a marker. They called me to have another bed post delivered 4 days from time it was first installed. I called the manager to discuss my frustration he said he would call me back and never has! I swear I regret shopping with them!! I would recommend a company who provides quality installers and provides quality services!!

I purchased two sofas from Daniel's homecenter and in just less than a year, the bottom of the couches have collapsed. Quality is not at all suitable for long term use. Im trying to get a hold of customer service to get these couches in the least repaired but these attempts are unsuccessful as no one has got back to me in regard to this unjust matter.

I went to pay my bill and she gave me a totally different amount from the statement which obviously I wanted to make sure it was correct. I asked her for her name and don't know if she got offended starting saying that she's been with the company for idk how many years or whatever.. when it comes to paying bills I learned from my job to ALWAYS ask for their names. Didn't mean to offend anyone I just wanted to make sure the bill is correct since I don't need it to effect my credit. Marcela please learn to listen

I recently purchased (cash sale) queen bed and dining set from this location. I figured that by purchasing cash and not financing I was avoiding issues/problems. Delivery was pushed out a week due to warehouse moving. Bed was deliver and it looked ok. When my mother went to use bed 4 days later the bed fell apart due to screws holes being stripped and seemed like wood was falling apart. Almost like old wood, sawdust. This was on 10/28 I immediately called the store and they requested pictures. I forward them pictures and never heard back from them. I called back on Monday 10/30 and they again gave me the run around. They finally scheduled me for a replacement of the 2 parts for 11/01. Today, after the delivery time frame came and went, I again called the store to request update. They place me on 15 min hold and then hang up. They call me back 10mins later and try to ask for more info and pictures. I explain I already went thru all this and ask what else is needed for me to do to get better service and a complete bed. Woman told me I needed to call back tomorrow after noon to see when they would have the parts and delivery scheduled. I asked to speak to manager/supervisor and she immediately got upset and said I could call back tomorrow after 10am because they were closed already. Go figure!! THEY PROMISE YOU THE MOON WHEN TRYING TO MAKE THE SALE, AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN SOMETIME GOES WRONG. I am extremely dissatisfied with this stores service and quality, I paid over $2000 for problems.... Note 1 star was given only because it was required to rate I order to post.

I came in today around 12pm with my husband. A sales associate came up to us a few questions and we told her we were just looking around. She then kept following us and asking what we were looking for and we kindly told her that we were just looking and didn't need any help but if we did we'd look for her. She gave us a attitude and dirty look and walked away and we thought we were fine but she came back a few minutes later and asked if we knew what we were looking for so she can help us out. I personally don't like repeating myself and after I was nice and explained to her the first few times, I shouldn't be saying it again. It's uncomfortable having a sales associate following close behind asking us every time we stopped to look at something. We rather give our business to somebody else that'll give us our space and time to look around.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worse customer service! Hugo, T. sales representative who assisted me when I purchased a bedroom set did not order the correct bed frame and did not attempt to correct his mistake therefore when it came time to my delivery, the wrong bed was delivered. Not to mention the mirror that was delivered was also scratched. I've called numerous times and have waited long periods of time on the phone to be told I'd have someone return my call and no one ever did. They claimed I walked into the store days later after my original date of purchase and signed a new contract for a new delivery date but I never returned to the store nor did I signed a "new contract." This store is SHADY and the service sucks! Save your money and go else where.

We purchased a patio set in the box. The table had a glass on the top, and after spending hours assembling it, the top glass was more giant than it should have been, so we could not fit it. I called the representative, who said he would talk to the floor manager. After several days and many times calling him, he was not responsive and responsible anymore and said, "You had five days to return the table and now the time has passed."Now, we have a patio set in which the glass is too big than the size that needs to fit in the middle of the table, and no one is responsible.The table was in the box, and we had no idea that the glass would not fit!We have never been told that we had five 5-day policy returns. However, we called the store and reported this problem before our five days went over. Still, no one is taking responsibility.Poor Customer Service: I do not recommend this place at all. I should have checked the review and paid attention to the low starts.

The furniture looks nice but it's very cheaply made breaks down after the first year or 2. Don't buy the guardian protection plan either they don't cover anything at all. Total rip off! I'm considering small claims court.

BEWARE OF DANIELS FURNITURE in Anaheim! Marco's and Brando supposedly managers are liars and talk to customers like there idiots they will sell you defective merchandise and when you try to get a refund they will give you a hard time upon asking to speak with corporate I was given a wrong number they are awful ppl and everything in their store is overpriced. Don't waste your money at this placeTake your business to a more professional respectful place that values their customers and is not greedy like these ppl are
