Jason was awesome! I looked up online to make sure the product was available at my local store and it turned out to not be available. So
I called this store and Jason Picked up the phone with a cherry voice. He made sure the product I needed was in stock. He held the last remaining item at the checkstand till I got there. Jason is a great example what real customer service looks like. This store is further from my house, but I will be coming back here instead.

Lourdes, store manager was extremely helpful in helping print some pictures. You can definitely tell she loves what she does. Every CVS needs a store manager like this.

Des IS THE BEST she goes over and beyond to help anyone and she is very sweet and kind o don't go any other CVS cause Des is the best!!!!!!!!THANK YOUUUU DESSSSSSS!!!!!!

Up to today, I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars here, my pick as it is so close to my home. But, I am withdrawing my prescription drug refills to another location. I believe I have complained three or four times now, finding the bathroom closed, closed, closed--and you guessed it, closed. The manager has responded several times, the bathroom was out of service, and then twice now, "no public bathroom", including today, Sat 16 December, with the young man saying "we don't have no bathroom"; as of tomorrow, "you don't have no customer". You know, when you get older, and have a real problem--like I do--it is no joke to need a urinal and find they "don't have no" urinal. Especially when you can SEE it right there, door locked as it has been for months now. As a note, everyone who works there is really nice, no complaints with the people in general, but the bottom line is, though they are happy to receive THOUSANDS from this customer, that customer--"can piss himself" as far as they are concerned. Dear Manager, I have appreciated your kind replies, but honestly, don't bother anymore, just as I will not bother to come here, anymore. And good luck with your customers.

This CvS pharmacy department is awesome with friendly personalities and very helpful and professional in filling the orders for my mother, me, and my family. Today was an extra blessing, on Thanksgiving Day, they were able to respond quickly, and fill a new prescription. I am very thankful and grateful for this team. THANKFUL for CVS!!

Like most pharmacy it's more expensive than other stores but it's convenient and the staff is usually friendly.

Hey, I visited this terrible pharmacy, it was my second visit to look for my medications prescribed by my doctor and the first time they registered me in the system so that the next time they would only present my resets from the first time, the lady who treated me was all hateful, so I can't wait any longer. for 3 hours and in the end she was obnoxious without scruples rasista that does not speak Spanish and in the end she did speak in English she said something about Latinos she thought I did not understand English o and again I went and the same lady obnoxiously preceded me asking me for many things about papers etc and At the end, he hatefully told me, "I can't serve you without explaining myself. I really felt I don't know why they hire people like that. I don't recommend this place at all. I hope one day they won't be like those of us who look for our medications because Carma is going to follow them."

WOW. Super disappointed with the encounter my boyfriend had today at this location. This isn't his first time here so he knows how things are. He drinks lots of waters so he always has to use the restroom most of the time whenever he goes somewhere. He went to pick up his medicine at the pharmacy. Then he went to the cashier and asked to use the restroom. She told him there isn't any public restrooms and then she changes it and says it's for customers only. First of all (There isn't a sign anywhere) that states this, 2nd of all the minute he picked up his medicine he is a customer. Because she said that he decided to just buy something again so he could use the restroom. He goes to pay then she walks away and tells him that she's not helping him cuz he called her names and why is he making it a big deal because of the restrooms? She ignores him and rings up another customer. This is absolute discrimination because my boyfriend is Hispanic and has a tattoo she didn't want to help him? He asks for the manager and the manager of course defends her employee and tells him that if he needed to use the restroom he could've asked at the pharmacy. Instead of offering him to use the restroom while he's holding his medications she's absolutely unaware if he has any condition that causes him to have to use the restroom never once did she offer. He goes to the pharmacy and asked them to open it and they told him he needs a code that the cashiers have, so he goes to the manager and asked why did she lie, and she said she never lied that she could just open it. She told my bf that she would call the police. For what exactly? He never did anything threatening. Like a human being he just spoke to them and mentioned his problem that he had with the employee. Absolute discrimination at this store not sure how this "manager" is still working while she defended her employee. He asked for their names and they didn't want to give it to him until the 3rd time he repeated himself. I get it that there's a lot of transients nearby. But he already picked up his medicine before asking to use the restroom. We will never be returning to this location that tolerates this type of behaviors from their employees and that has managers like this? As you can see in the video he goes to pay and she doesn't ring him up she just walks away and doesn't want to help him.

They close 10 mins earlier than closing time, which is 9 currently. They should have a notice, and update timing on Google - so they customers are aware & don't make a vain trip to CVS. Customer service attendant was nice.

Lourdes is the person that helped me. The OTCH program is new to this stores location. She had never used the program before. Lourdes did an excellent job.
