CVS is so inconvenienced to come to when you have to ask for assistance just to get some eyelashes to take 20 minutes to wait and get. The reason why I stick to Amazon.

The old lady is so disrespectful and rude. When I enter the store, she pushed the cart toward to the entrance. I was not hit but I don’t know why she was so angry. Once I was to pay, she talks with annoying during the payment. Since I forgot to bring my CVS card, I said “can I use phone number”, and she said “That’s I am asking.” And she threw me the reciept. Never ever come to this place again.

8+ people in line with one cashier (who is very kind and doing a great job all things considered). With so many items locked up that the cashier has to leave in order to get the item before they can check someone out.

I ordered a same day photo pick up that was also supposed to be framed. After receiving a notification that my order was ready I drove over the CVS to be told that my order was in fact not ready. This was about 4 hours after the initial notification that the order was ready. As I did not need the order that day, I just planned to return the next day. The next day, I received a call from CVS that there was an issue with my order. This was odd as the day prior I was told it would be ready, it wasn't, but was assured it would be ready the following day. It took me 20 phone calls to CVS before they answered. They kept just hanging up and wouldn't answer. When I finally go through and transfered 3 times, they told me that not only was the order still not ready but the frame was not in stock. Why couldn't they have told me the day prior? They offered me to pay extra for another frame however it was not what I wanted. They then told me I could go check other CVS stores. I declined. When I inquired about my refund, they stated they could not help me that I needed to call CVS' general hotline. That took another 30 min to get through to someone. While I did get refunded I find it frustrating that for an order that was supposed to be a same day pickup, it was not. And that I received a notification my order was ready when it wasn't. And that I was assured it would be ready the following morning when in fact they didn't even have the products to complete my order to begin with. They wasted my time and money. Avoid this CVS for any photo printing needs.

I ordered on the app for pickup! Pickup Location CVS #09759 270 W LINCOLN AVENUE ANAHEIM, CA 92805 Item Quantity 4x6 Glossy 1 Magnet 4x6 - 1 Pricing is decent for printing photos! I ordered one photo print and one magnet photo. I plan on ordering more photo prints too. They came out soooooo cute! I've been printing photos and putting them in my partner's apartment. Because we are happily in love and enjoy seeing the photos. That might sound a little vain, but I promise it's from a good place lol When we get furbabys, they will also get printed photos and magnets everywhere! Lol

Love my CVS experience!They are my go to for cosmetics and will exchange/return if you picked the wrong shade. Store is clean and has everything I need with GREAT coupons and deals.

Beware of shopping at CVS. They mislead me and stole my money. I am reporting them to the BBB. I used a Medicare card to pay for OTC items which stated "buy 1, get 1 free" but when using the Medicare card, CVS charged me for both at full price. THEN they said they refused to refund the purchase and that Medicare card users are exempt from this coupon. They should be audited by the government for abusing the elderly.

Why would your pharmacy close an hour before your store???!!!It's bad enough you guys are not a 24 hr pharmacy, but you don't even stay open as late as the store...rushed here after work to find pharmacy has been closed for an hour

Don't bother calling the store, they put me on hold, says it would take 2 minutes and she'd be back. Well, 15 minutes later I'm still on hold. Why bother having a phone if you are not going to answer.

Rude and unhelpful pharmacy staff that make no effort to get meds that are on backorder.The pharmacy manager was mean as well.I have switched to Walgreens.l

Love this cvs, always am greeted when walking in, the employees are always smiling when I go in, never have to wait too long to check out, coupons are always on my card and my coupons always work. ?Thanks Raymond for always putting a smile on my face.

some old creepy looking middle age guy with glasses (store manager Jose ) who was working at the register literally followed me and my friend while we were looking around the store. We were just minding our own business going to buy some snacks and alcohol but then the same creepy guy from the register decided to interrupted what we were doing and demanded us that we do not belong here in the alcohol aisle and telling us to leave and that we were going to steal something. First of all he need to learn mind his own dam businesses, i swear to god I constant come to this store to buy things and this guy always seems to have something up his ass cuz he always seem to be rude every time when he's working. It pretty pathetic way to behave like this especially as a manager. We show him proof of our id and Then he start to mock my friend's I.d. cuz of his LOOKS and calling him names but literally this dude looks like "Mr. Mackey" from "South Park". What a way to treat a customer. once we walk in the store right away this guy was giving us the eyes and called on the speak to watch out on the aisle what an asshole to misjudge us .
