The person that helped me was RUDE. The name on the receipt was not the person that helped me. The person that helped me was a young man of South Asian decent. He has helped me in the past and has never been helpful and only wants to hand you your script and move on to the next person in line. I had surgery on my abdomen on July 25th. I picked up my prescribed medication on the 26th. From the 26th to the 30th I had horrible gas pain and due to my surgery I am unable to naturally pass gas. I saw a script from the 25th was on hold and lo and behold it was an anti gas medication. No one told me it was on hold. I saw it when I went to fill another script. So I go to the drive up and this person is the one that helps me. He tells me the medication wasn't given to me because it's OTC. And I said fine but why didn't anyone tell me when I picked up the other meds in that order on the 26th, he didn't respond. Then he told me to go inside and get it, but it was on the list of OTC drugs that can be picked up through the drive through. So I asked him to get it for me, he was not happy about me asking him to do that. From that moment on he moved slower than he already did, placed my medications further away from me(I'm in a Honda and I'm short) in a way that I couldn't twist my body due to the sutures so I had to open the door and get out of my car to get the scripts he was handing me. The entire time he is watching me through the window. Then came the time for change, I noticed I was short so I asked him and he pointed to the door and said its in there and I had to get up and feel around for my change. Normally they put your change in a white basket and I believe this person did this on purpose because the people before me in line got their script and change in a white basket which is the typical procedure in this process. If he is the person to help me when I go back I will be asking for someone else's help.

WOW. Super disappointed with the encounter my boyfriend had today at this location. This isn't his first time here so he knows how things are. He drinks lots of waters so he always has to use the restroom most of the time whenever he goes somewhere. He went to pick up his medicine at the pharmacy. Then he went to the cashier and asked to use the restroom. She told him there isn't any public restrooms and then she changes it and says it's for customers only. First of all (There isn't a sign anywhere) that states this, 2nd of all the minute he picked up his medicine he is a customer. Because she said that he decided to just buy something again so he could use the restroom. He goes to pay then she walks away and tells him that she's not helping him cuz he called her names and why is he making it a big deal because of the restrooms? She ignores him and rings up another customer. This is absolute discrimination because my boyfriend is Hispanic and has a tattoo she didn't want to help him? He asks for the manager and the manager of course defends her employee and tells him that if he needed to use the restroom he could've asked at the pharmacy. Instead of offering him to use the restroom while he's holding his medications she's absolutely unaware if he has any condition that causes him to have to use the restroom never once did she offer. He goes to the pharmacy and asked them to open it and they told him he needs a code that the cashiers have, so he goes to the manager and asked why did she lie, and she said she never lied that she could just open it. She told my bf that she would call the police. For what exactly? He never did anything threatening. Like a human being he just spoke to them and mentioned his problem that he had with the employee. Absolute discrimination at this store not sure how this "manager" is still working while she defended her employee. He asked for their names and they didn't want to give it to him until the 3rd time he repeated himself. I get it that there's a lot of transients nearby. But he already picked up his medicine before asking to use the restroom. We will never be returning to this location that tolerates this type of behaviors from their employees and that has managers like this? As you can see in the video he goes to pay and she doesn't ring him up she just walks away and doesn't want to help him.

Only a review for the woman working tonight @7PM who looked me up and down and said the bathroom is for employees only when I asked for the code, I get snacks here and use the bathroom every so often for the last couple months so definitely not the interaction I went in there expecting

Ambiance: this place is very dirty. The carpet is dirty and it smells inside like mold and an old building. (That's as best as I can describe it) Service: I wasn't greeted when I came in, the security guy isn't even paying attention. The pharmacy area is very dirty and the staff isn't the friendliest. I will say they did look busy and working on multiple orders from drive ups but their approach and verbiage isn't kind. My observation watching the pharmacy staff work with people who are coming in with their needs including my wife, they don't show compassion, rude is most certainly their first approach, kind isn't a behavior in their culture. I will repeat and say they seem to be filling orders quickly so in terms of working, they seem to be filling orders quick, in terms of customer service, I would say more training is required.

Mainly for the photo dept: ordered a large print 16x20 and went to pick up- it was literally 1 of 2 large boxes on the counter and the guy couldn't find it. The tag literally said my last name so he had to ask for help because "this wasn't his store" the girl came over and found it in 1 second.... get home and the print isn't cut to 16x20 it's 4" longer so i had to trim it myself

The counter top and behind their computer is dirty, it's cover with lots of dirts on top, look like no one wipe is off for long time. The I choose to come back later to pick it up. When they text me it is ready I came back and saw the drive Drive thru was empty so went thru drive thru and it's done i 5 min. I'll give Drive thru 5 stars.

Worst pharmacy ever I called and the freaking automated system keeps talking and talking transferred finally transferred me to the pharmacy would ring ring ring five minutes later they pick up and hang up you're just very slow rude Take their sweet time

Worst Customer Service eveeeer The worst pharmacy I have dealed with. Every time they say that they didn't receive the orders from dr and he keeps sending them about 4-5 times They lie and today I called after he ordered the medicine but when I called they said they didn't receive it and when I got mad because this was the 4th time they do that. I told the lady to go check her faxes ... she got mad and said ok wait a minute once she went and came back she was like yes I got them .. once it's done we will send you a message and I was like you guys never do by the way .. she was like we will and I never get a text or anything until 4pm from 10 am and I had to call them back. Not the first time.

All the employees are nice of coarse but please pick up out side and around your store it looks like a trash dump and I'm not exaggerating!!! I have to live here and see this on a weekly bases. Maybe have the Gardners clean it when they come 1 time a month or an employee take a walk and sweep please it making our area look line la Thank you in advance
