This is the first time I come here to get prescribed medication for myself. My local pharmacy (Rite Aid) was closed, so I thought I'd try you guys since you're the 2nd closest to my residence. My prescription was sent to you in the morning; I didn't end up getting my medication until almost 9pm, and it was because I kept calling throughout the day to check the status, even though I'm enrolled for you guys to notify me when my medication is ready. Not only did you guys not send me any notification, but when I called mid-day to check the status, you first said you were sold out of my medication. When I asked why I wasn't notified that my medicine wasn't ready because you guys didn't have it in stock; and for you to check other locations, I get put on hold for a while, until you suddenly tell me you do have it, and that it will be ready in an hour. You again for a 3rd time ENSURE you will text/notify me when my prescription is ready. Almost 2 hours later, after AGAIN not hearing anything from you guys, I again try to call to see if it's finally ready. Long story short(because I'm so annoyed to even have to re-live this and write about it), your INCOMPETENCE had me calling you all day trying to figure out if my prescription was available and ready to be picked up. And to top it off when you finally tell me over the phone that my prescription is ready, I go pick it up and I'm waiting at the counter another 10+ minutes cuz you guys couldn't find it once I was there to pick it up. By far the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. This will be the first and probably last time I go to your pharmacy to get medication. And I didn't even mention what a horrible experience I had with the last call I made you guys asking for the status of my prescription. The pharmacist that helped me on the phone was so unhelpful, rude, and told me to call corporate to fix MY issue about you guys not sending me notifications about my prescription status. How is it MY issue that when you guys fill my prescription you don't notify me? You have my current phone number, how is calling corporate and giving them my current number going to help?? If you guys simply did your job correctly, there would be no need to \"call corporate\"...

The pharmacy itself is never open even when it says it is on Google Maps. Have to constantly deal with pain and the inconvenience of them being closed earlier than normal business hours

CVS technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't have the answer to your question they will ask the pharmacist while you are there.

I asked about a bathroom for my daughter with an emergency and they said it was already closed because is too late at 8 pm and I need to wait 10 mins for my baby' medicine

Very unkept premises. Trash, high weeds growing everywhere. Messy entrance with trash bins full. Complained to manager and was told to call corporate office. Really? You are a neighbor in my community. We are proud homeowners and need you to respect our neighborhood. Please how long will it take for you to get your store to comply with the city codes?

Ignore any of the other reviews! This is a CVS with real people not a concierge at the Roosevelt. The photo printing machine was not printing at first. However Valeria, the amazing associate, took it upon herself to make sure I had a fantastic experience.She went above and beyond to assist me with my photos, showing true dedication and exceptional service. She had hand cut every single page to ensure that it fit just right.Remember, it's our attitude as customers that determines the experience we receive. Rather than blaming the store, let's appreciate individuals like Valeria who go the extra mile to make our day.

CVS 611 is my designated location and I'm usually very pleased with it. Not today. I was next in line at the checkout when I was ushered to the self checkout. While I often prefer self checkout, I have had difficulty using it at 611in the past and it happened again today. Staff had to get involved and after scanning their card to reset my purchase, I was told by staff to try again. I'm able to scan item, my Carecard on my phone and insert my debit card. Then system tells me there's an error and summons staff. I made 2 attempts and I could been out the door if I'd used regular checkout. I later read a notification on my phone from CVS saying, "oops" You're not connected to the internet." I won't be signing into your Wi-Fi or adjusting my cellular connection to make a simple purchase at the self checkout. That's not necessary at other stores. I canceled the transaction and made my one item purchase at Stater Brothers across the street. Your self c/o needs an overhaul. I apologized to the young lady staff member for expressing my frustration out loud. It wasn't her fault. I also asked her to relay my frustration to management.

Put the returned ids and credit cards in a different kind of bag than the ones you put the mile long receipts into. I've thrown them away multiple times because they disappear in the bags.

Went to get covid test and to refill prescriptions. Horrible customer service. I would give a zero if it let me. I would recommend avoiding this cvs pharmacy

The photo center here is terrible! And they didn't offer a refund for the photos that came out looking like crap. Learned my lesson and will only be going to Walgreens

I was referred to this CVs location from another CVS to get a Covid booster and flu shot. I drove straight to this location (about a 5 minute drive.) Although I arrived at this location 45 minutes prior to closing time, I was denied a vaccine because 'walk-ups stop an hour before closing time'. I confirmed that there were no other customers waiting for vaccinations, but they still refused to give me any vaccinations. I was told this is 'store policy' but this policy isn't posted anywhere. ?
