Manager Janeth was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process!! She helped me get an ipad for my brother at school and worked with me on lowering a down payment (: So grateful for their help.

I really like this store, but if I’m being honest, some visits felt as though they catered to a particular community. During my last visit I anticipated that this would be the case but I went anyway. Not only has the design of the store changed, the customer service has done so as well. Cristal was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure to check the stock prior to trying to sell me items so I wouldn’t be disappointed. She took her time with me and explained EVERYTHING! She even warned me about the flimsy bags (I didn’t listen). Thank you, CRISTAL for changing my experience. I will be back soon!

Shopping here was a good experience. One of the workers, Ruth Galindo, was one of the best sales representatives I've ever met. She was professional and knew her products. She was so helpful and answered every question I had. If you have a question about TVs, speakers, or any electronics, she is the person to go to. IF SHE DOES NOT KNOW SHE WILL FIND OUT FOR YOU!! Highly recommend. ??

I have been going to this store location for three years now and I just want to share that I’m very astonished by the way Lidia presented herself to me. Super helpful, professional, and welcoming. Excellent costumer service. Looking forward to purchasing from her again! ?

This company was great! I went in to find a specific product and Cristal was such a big help! She showed great professionalism and was positive throughout my process of buying a product. She is a great part to the Curacao team and I will be going back to get help from her!

If it weren’t for Katherine I would’ve never bought my computer today. She’s very knowledgeable and attentive. I was indecisive at first but she answered all my questions and concerns. Will be coming back to her!

I just want to give you guys an update on this situation , it's been almost a year ! After a month i remembered I also purchased insurance on the tv and I tired to cancel it ( the managers didn't even help me ) and they charged me a fine to cancel it ! Knowing the situation, I was paying up until maybe December because I figured I did have two of the products , the speaker and the x box I just stopped paying because I did payed those two products off according to my receipt . I wasn't going to pay for a tv I don't have . I would always call customers service (escalations) and they would AWLAYS say " I WILL LET MY SUPERVISOR KNOW AND WE'LL CALL YOU BACK LATER " Never do I get a call back just up until a month I stopped paying they would call for me to make a payment and I would always have to let them know this situation again ! And again they would say the same thing "I'll let my supervisor know and we'll call you back " and never a call back . To this day they still have the tv I returned and now they send me to collections I offered them to double check if I owe anything on the Xbox and the speaker and I'll gladly pay it but I will not pay for a tv I don't have ! I told them I wanted to find a solution but they never helped out I had all the receipts, pictures , witnesses I was fully willing to cooperate to find a solution I even drove all the way to LA to corporate to get help since the store manager didn't help out and they also didn't help me

Just visited to take a look, but my wife and I, we ended making some purchase around $500.00.The lady who served us, Laysha Rosas, she was so educated, helpful and nice, so we felt wonderfully comfortable and spent happily.Congratulations, Curacao, for having such amazing people working there.

So I have been a customer with Curacao for about 6 years, more or less. I always liked coming here and purchasing what I needed. It was a delight until today. My husband & I came in looking to purchase some electronics and we did. On our way home we realized that the girl that helped us charged us THREE different things that we never asked for. She never asked if I was interested in getting anything she just added them! So here I am going back to the damn store to get this fixed only to be helped by the rude a** manager Janet. She didn't even bother apologizing to me for what THEY did in the first place. She kept talking over me too, the 1st time I let it happened but by the 2nd time I told her straight up to stop interrupting me. One of the items that I did not ask for was a screen protector so when I tell them that they said okay we can remove it. I said ok great, but after almost 2 hours of being there I'm thinking it would be nice if they just let me keep it and remove all these charges because either way once they remove it they have to throw it out. But nope it was still removed & thrown away. I don't get these people, don't you guys get paid for to be nice to the customers and help them? Clearly no. & my APR is 34% YUP 34%!! After being with them for YEARS. I asked the credit department and of course they were rude too. You guys are unbelievably disappointing! Do yourself a favor and don't get an account with curacao, save yourself the time and money I lost!!

Came in to Curacao looking for a good camera and was helped by Lidia. She was very helpful and answered every question I had. Explained thoroughly all the features that the camera has and left my payment plan ?. Overall excellent experience.Thanks Lidia
