They charged me $37.00 to dry clean and launder 5 shirts. Okay seems high but whatever I’ll pay the price for good quality because I believe in getting what I pay for. I dropped the shirts off on Friday morning. Came back Monday afternoon, not ready until late afternoon. No problem take your time I’ll come back at 4:30pm, thank you kindly.
To my disappointment my 5 shirts look the same. Even have the same spots on them. Not laundered nor dry clean pressed. No signs of ironing or anything at all. I literally threw away $37.00 in the trash. Fair warning, I was lied to and I will not be recommending this company to any friends nor family.

Horrible service. They ruined my cashmere sweaters and did nothing about. All my clothes were shrank! They lied that it never happened and I saw reviews on yelp. And then they blames previous owners for their mistake!

Desde que cambiaron de dueños siempre llevo mi ropa con ellos. Son muy amigables y súper profesionales y los precios muy económicos. Mi esposo siempre modifica sus trajes y se los dejan como nuevos. Mi hija es petite y también siempre tiene que modificar su ropa con Cristal's cleaners la costurera es buenísima y te deja tu ropa Justo a tu medida. Vivo en Riverside y aunque me quede lejos vale la pena No los cambio

I came in today to pick up my husband's jacket. Helen was in the front, and was on the phone. I waited till she was off the phone. I gave her my tag for the jacket. She thought she was being funny when she read my total in Pennie's. she then told me I had to go back to pre school and learn math again as she insulted my intelligence. Not a great way to keep a customer.

I went about 2 weeks ago with my 2 work vests to make one of them wider than the other so I met the old lady there and she agreed with me that she will do my XL vest wider from the bottom using the material from the other vest I provide which was small size, so she said it will be $30.00 to do that, l a greed and she let me pay the $30.00 upfront so I paid, she told me to come back after one week to try it or size it, so I went after one week to find out that she did the small vest wider and she forgot what I told her and I didn't see even the other vests or the rest of the material left from the XL vest !!!??? I was very disappointed and asked about the manager wasn't there so I lost both vests and the $30.00 ..and she never bothered to say sorry???!! SO NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND CRYSTAL CLEANER FOR ANY ONE!!!!!

I've taken my jacket here a couple of times and I've had a good experience. Ms. Helen has my sense of humor and caught me off guard during my second time visiting! Helen cracked some jokes but I didn't get them at first and when I realized I was already hooked LOL. I was laughing so hard out the door and on my way home. Ms. Park has also helped me & there has not been any problem during my visits. It's an old-school type of shop so do not expect a big welcome with a smile. I will definitely continue to go here, in my experience nothing wrong has happened like some other reviews. BTW the jacket clean cost me $7.50, I think it's a fair price.

We have used Crystal Cleaners for years now. We have never had any problems. They have always done excellent work for dry cleaning suits, dresses, my husbands USMC Blues and now his OCSD uniforms. They have also done amazing jobs for hemming for dresses and uniform pants for our son and my husband work uniforms. We will always be a customer of Crystal Cleaners.

I brought two true religion jeans for hemming. They advertise pants Hem at $4.99. They convinced me to do original hemming that costs $18 per pants. I was made to believe that the pants will look hemmed the way it was, but it turned out to be regular hem. The manager insists that their job was how original hem looks but it's not. I felt cheat
