Sent wrong floor mats. The description is for my car. Called and was told they don't make them. Now, i have to pay to ship back, but do not have to pay restocking fee.

Bought a cover from Cover King a couple of years for my Corvette and had an issue with it and contacted them directly and they replaced my cover and the one I received back was a much better design and fit as well as a better material. They were extremely helpful and accommodating which you don’t see these days, when you have a complaint about a companies product. Usually you get silence or push it off. Kudos to them and I know where to get my next cover. Thank you to Shane over there who was a big help. Much appreciated.

Was sent a piece of garbage dash mat.....you could see right thru it!!!
I asked for a replacement and they refused, said thats the way they make them!! WHAT!!!
Did a return, I had to pay shipping back, took them 6 weeks to process the rtn and took out the shipping to me. You make junk and want us to pay shipping.
I have bought coverking products for decades. Well say goodbuy to this customer.
I have filed a complaint with my cc company and the BBB.
Dont throw away your money with these crooks!!!

GREAT PRODUCT & SERVICE! Just bought my second pair of F-150 seat covers....the first pair last over 4 years and only wore on the driver's side where I was getting in and out all the time!!! They fit well, and service has been GREAT as demonstrated by Carol and Ravendra!

Very disappointed. I had a $39.99 cheap cover from Amazon, but it functioned very well. Decided to upgrade to a "custom cover". I did my research and chose Coverking. Just after ordering, I was diagnosed with cancer, so the covers sat for a year while I fought and recovered. Today I decided to install my year-old covers still in the box. They look and fit only marginally better than my cheap set I had. The Coverking set cost $230.99 or $191.00 more. It wasn't that much better. If they had cost me $100.00 less, that's about all they are worth, I would have given a 4-star rating. There is nothing custom so to speak, the back billows no matter what you do. These covers are an expensive set of cheap covers. Don't waste your money.

I purchased a JLU soft top boot and mesh sun shade from Coverking/JTopsUSA and could not be happier. The quality of the materials is outstanding and everything fit as advertised, as well as perfectly. Both items look great on our Wrangler and help protect both the vehicle and its occupants. Their customer service is incredible both in their rep’s product knowledge and their willingness to educate people like me who currently own their first Wrangler. I would be embarrassed to say how many questions Carol answered for me, but suffice to say she went above and beyond to ensure I knew exactly what I would be buying and the best manner of installation. I had been looking and researching a boot and screen for quite a while and in truth, have not seen another product even close in quality of the materials used, how well the items fit and how great looking they appear on our Wrangler Unlimited, compared to other brands I see installed on other JLUs. Many thanks to Coverking and Carol for all the help and for making such high-quality products for Wranglers!

This was several years ago but it's still worth mentioning. Coverking sold my grandfather defective seat covers for his Prius. The rear seat cover was clearly missing a piece of fabric that caused the whole cover not to fit. Coverking did not believe us. We drove from San Diego to Anaheim just to show them. They then realized we were correct and a piece was indeed missing. They replaced the cover but there was zero compensation for our considerable time and fuel wasted driving to Anaheim just to prove something we already knew.

I went into the process to order a carcover because of my worksite and overspray. I was able to relocate my parking and no longer was in need of a carcover. Coverking understood and canceled my order with a full refund. Coverking communicates very well, do your part and ask questions, you'll be satisfied. The experience searching for the right carcover was satisfying too. If I ever need a carcover, its going to be through Coverking, this experience was overall 5 stars. Thanks Carol C. for handling my experience in a timely manner.

I own a 2003 Nissan Frontier crew cab. I ordered seat covers for the front and rear seats. The fit was excellent and the covers are very comfortable. However I got solid black for all seats, the front passenger lower cover is fading. All other covers are fine. That is my only complaint .

I've owned a lot of car covers in my life and this is the best one that I've come across. It reflects the sun, it breathes and keeps water and dust off of my vehicle. I live on the California coast where the air is very salty and we have high humidity. I replace the cover about every 2 years, I don't have a garage so I park outside, and highly recommend it.
