So the staff here are very polite and knowledgeable about their products and I’ve been in there a few times . This last time however I bought a toy to take home to my lady and it don’t work . So I took it back about twenty min after buying it and I’m told there was nothing she can do about replacing it until she speaks to a manager so I said okay I’ll check in the fallowing day so I take a picture of my receipt and left the rest with Lis . So the next day I get a call saying it works and it’s ready to be picked up . Well I picked it up and it still don’t work so I took it back and I was told they will have the manager take another look. So the manager calls and says it’s working fine . He tells me that I just need to know what I’m doing and I need to know how to place the batteries and what not and I told him well there’s only one way to do it right it’s not a brainiac yeah isn’t rocket science here and it’s not Explaining tell him I’m not a dumb guy. I know what I’m doing and this thing doesn’t work well every time I bring it into the place they keep telling me it works and it does not work. I can’t get it to turn on so my point of view is it doesn’t work if I can’t get it to turn on I paid almost 70 bucks for this thing. It don’t even work yet. I’m told that it works just fine, so be careful what you buy here is a battery operated toy from Cal statics, seven function lovers remote . You know, I’ll never buy another toy here again although I may miss out on some good looking women that work there anyway I’m gonna try again one more time to get a hold of the manager and have him personally show me how to make this thing work as I am not happy about spending almost $100 for something that doesn’t even work hasn’t even been used one time because it doesn’t work

Great store, they have a lot of stuff, and they have very cute cashiers. No disrespect towards them. Great place for beginners. You won't get overwhelmed easily from the number of toys. Everything is organized in their little sections this is my go-to store

Ok first off I don’t do many of these so when I do it’s for a variety of reasons. Well , it is my birthday and so I figured I’d make my way down to the adult store to grab acouple things that I usually do for the past 2 years. They didn’t have either! So naturally I was annoyed but a new staff member is never seen before I believe her name was Charlene (not sure I spelled that right) absolutely went above and beyond to try and accommodate me and my situation. She did a fantastic job and she is such a joyful free spirited human.! Doesn’t hurt that she’s extremely easy on the eyes. That’s besides the point as a former business owner it’s people like her that you want as the face representing your business. She really did go out of her way I’m a genuine helpful way and I ended up getting some alternative items that will due. Just thought I’d give her, her ? flowers. She deserves em! Thanks a bunch.

Never been to a place where right off the bat I got strange narcissistic vibes from the lone girl running the store. I walked in asked a few questions to see a few items in glass case. She told me when she gets time she will help me. When she gets time?!? Mind you no one is in the store but me and her and she's organizing paper clips and I asked you that busy?!? I recognize this narcissistic B$ and offered her a visit to that special place in hell for people like this so I decided to leave all items I was to buy and spend my money at another store. Good luck with all that but that Latina chick with the attitude needs another occupational holiday for real.

This shop is great. Trying to find something for my fiancée the lady that was working there help us out on finding the right product plus helping with cleaning supplies. She recommended some that help with given us a general idea on to use the product. We will definitely be back at this store for future orders.

I was under the impression that this place would be larger than it was because they call themselves"a mega outlet." It's not mega at all. The service was not good, the place is extremely small and the selection Of what they carry is limited. Not much to choose from and the toys are outdated. I won't be back.
