some old creepy looking middle age guy with glasses (store manager Jose ) who was working at the register literally followed me and my friend while we were looking around the store. We were just minding our own business going to buy some snacks and alcohol but then the same creepy guy from the register decided to interrupted what we were doing and demanded us that we do not belong here in the alcohol aisle and telling us to leave and that we were going to steal something. First of all he need to learn mind his own dam businesses, i swear to god I constant come to this store to buy things and this guy always seems to have something up his a** cuz he always seem to be rude every time when he's working. It pretty pathetic way to behave like this especially as a manager. We show him proof of our id and Then he start to mock my friend's I.d. cuz of his LOOKS and calling him names but literally this dude looks like "Mr. Mackey" from "South Park". What a way to treat a customer. once we walk in the store right away this guy was giving us the eyes and called on the speak to watch out on the aisle what an a****** to misjudge us .

I been helped three times by this employee In the cash register she not only been helpful, but she also gave me a great experience with her customer service and knowledge on the items I was looking for. this is the type of customer service I would like to see. please give my best regards to this employee Cindy. she deserves it thank you again for your service and kindness

Terrible pharmacy. The Asian lady with the heavy accent is extremely rude. Talks over you, interrupts you, and makes you feel like s*** for wanting a prescription refilled. She of all people should stay the f*** away from the phones and just fill the scripts. You people have to realize that you are dealing with people who are sick both in the body AND mind. So stop treating mentally ill people like s*** and making them feel bad for calling to ask a question about a medication that they need. It's honestly so absurd and ridiculous. Idk how this lady is still employed in a place where she has to talk to people especially people in sensitive situations both mentally and physically.

I went in today at 6:50 pm and the guy at the register is completely inappropriate and it was the second time that I've encountered him asking very personal questions. It made me feel very uncomfortable. First he apologized for the wait. And I told him no problem but I also said I was in a hurry. Regardless, he asked me what I did for work, where I worked, how I liked it and said he needs to go check it out and asked if they had any special deals. That's way too personal and creepy. I told my boyfriend about it and he wanted to call and file a formal complaint. If this happens again I will personally file a complaint with legal representation. I've heard this guy get very personal with other female customers and I can't believe that management hasn't handled this already!!! This store needs their staff educated on sexual harassment immediately!!!!

They have lots of stuff but the pharmacy sucks. Say they say they will order your medication then just string you along saying it's coming but it never gets there.

DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE PAYING!!! Coupons and advertisement prices never reflect at the register. Scam artists at the corporate level.

Worst CVS Pharmacy ever. Got a text @ 12:20pm saying prescription ready, lunch between 1:30-2 in the text. I go in at 12: 30 and they said they are closing for lunch. I stated that first, there isn't any signs showing what time the pharmacy lunch was to be, second, I stated the text said 1:30 to 2pm. the pharmacist became argumentative stating it is a law that they take their lunch, I said you can have a lunch but it should be schedule where you are not closed and there is coverage in the pharmacy, and then put signs up of the such. She then reaches under the counter and says this is their notice showing me a piece of paper and began to be very rude. I said, I'm on my lunch break as well and you should be able to manage your time better at a pharmacy where people are there to wait to pick up there prescription, not everyone is on their time". She gave a big sigh, ordered one of the girls to pull my prescription and then since it wasn't controlled substance, just process it. There was a lady behind me saying she needs hers too, and stated they are closed for lunch and proceeded to close the security curtain. I asked for the store manager, got a lady and said here is a corporate number, Not even the name of the store manager, called Corp, filed a complaint, and not a call back from their Corp office. CVS isn't about customer service or its patients, its about them and their profits. Avoid CVS and use Walmart or Target Pharmacies. You'll be treated better and wont have to worry about rude pharmacist.

Worst pharmacy ever. I was standing next to my MA at urgent care yesterday when she confirmed my meds would be available for pick up at this pharmacy instead of my usual one due to the Costco pharmacy closing early. I get to CVS after my appointment and one of the girls had the audacity to tell me no such call was ever made. Excuse me, but how would you know that? Are you a mind reader? Idiots work here. Now I just received a text from CVS that my meds are ready. So which is it and what changed? Again, idiots work here. No wonder y'all have such a low rating.

Took a trip to cvs and I'm very unhappy on how the supervisor of this store handled her job. Lady in the front named Amerika refused to help exchange my item for the right size diapers. Not the way you want to be treated.

This has been our neighborhood pharmacy and more. During the pandemic we have called it our Target, we were here quite a bit. It almost never fails as soon as we walk in someone always shouts out "Welcome!", sometimes I don't look at the two for one deals and they always remind me. The ladies at the pharmacy are always welcoming, some of them know me and my son by face but that's just as nice. I like many other have worked during this worldwide pandemic, wearing 2 mask daily to protect love ones and patients. As soon as we could myself and family were vaccinated, the week prior to the incident myself and family also had the flu vaccine. On 09/17/2021 I tested Covid positive, in the words of Forrest Gump " S Happens". My Dr. gave me a prescription to relieve the pressure that was causing a horrible headache as well as the pain in my ears. I have Kaiser but remembered when they have been overwhelm they had partnered with outside sources to assist for certain needs. Middle of the day my husband was working, my son is too young to drive. I took my prescription to CVS, put on THREE mask and took my prescription in. There was a couple before me at drop off counter with no mask as is their right, my three mask and I stood 6ft behind them. The line were I waited was also were they carry vitamin C, fortunate I am. I grabbed a vitamin C pack and when called over I gave my prescription to Mahi. She was wearing her mask and a between us was a plastic barrier. Mahi confirmed my date of birth (mono tone) and after reviewing my prescription she asked " Do you have Covid" I nodded yes and answered yes. She loudly asked again (borderline shout) "Do you have Covid?!" this time the couple next to me and everyone else in the waiting area heard, about 6 people all over 6 feet distance. I answered her with a nod and replied yes. She then proceeded to say " Wait outside and stay away from our customers" (Her tone was loud and to say rude would be a complement) I nodded yes, then she said "We don't take your insurance, you'll have to pay out of pocket". I told her " oh no it's ok, I'll take my prescription". I took my prescription,left the much needed vitamin C and left. I couldn't believe how I had been treated, no compassion. It was such a cruel experience. I was going to keep this to myself and thought well she pregnant, maybe that added to how she felt however I myself have been pregnant and assisted patients and not once announce their condition to the public or forgot to have compassion. We are all aware of our times, never did I think a medical professional would be so cruel. I called the next day to ask her name, after describing her the young lady on the phone in a apologetic tone said " Mahi, but that's our manager". I thought god if she treats customer/patients poorly. How poorly does she treat the staff?? I took my prescription to another pharmacy, they kindly asked me to wait outside. I gave them my prescription, insurance card along with my credit card in a bag. Twenty minutes later I had my very needed prescription. The young lady Maria wished me well and I just couldn't thank her enough. One person does not take away the positive experiences my family and I have always had at CVS, it's the reason for the 5 stars. There are many more that will be ill due it is out of our control, no one deserves to be treated this way. I'm hopeful for positive changes.

The people who work in the Pharmacy are super rude and not very helpful. They make you stand in line and they're not doing anything but making themselves look busy in order to get out of helping you.

This cvs pharmacy is completely incompetent. I was reassured 3 days ago (Wednesday) that my medication would be sent out only to be called today (Saturday) and asked to pick it up. My doctor followed up with this pharmacy multiple times and nothing. Avoid this pharmacy if you need medication right away. They don't know what the hell they're doing.
