terrible place. made me waste my gas and time ! I called in advance to ask if I could cash my check there. I explained the details to them and they said it was fine to come in a cash it. I make the 20 minute drive just for them to tell me I cant and pointed in the direction of a location that was closed. So thanks for nothing shitty citi bank! And horrible employees.

I am never banking with Citibank again.They are unhelpful and racists. When dipositing a check into my checking account, they claimed it was false and closed my account without my knowledge, withholding all my money.I ended up having to Call the California Lottery Office in San Diego to speak with a Citibank representative so that they could "verify" the check," and even then I had to pay $26 to recieve another Card even though THEY Wrongfully closed my account.

I found an old check. I called the 1-800 customer service and was told that the check was still valid. I went to the Cypress location and they told me the Anaheim location was able to cash it. I Called the Anaheim location "two different times" and explained my situation and both times I was told that they were able to cash the check. I checked several times because I didn't want to drive 13 miles for nothing. I get to the Anaheim location and they said that they cannot cash my check. They didn't apologize. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Citibank customer service is the worst! My experience was while calling the 800 number and NOT getting the help I needed for over an hour. I started out on hold for 20 minutes and finally a human, but the wrong department. This back and forth through other departments continues until I was furious! No CS should let their customer go through that nonsense! No one knows what they're doing, or more importantly they don't give a sh*t. My card is brand new! I will NOT be using it!

Never had much luck at any other Citibank's; however, the staff here is pleasant to do business with. Especially Dipti, she went beyond and above to assist me and provided great service. She's well known with the customers here and I can see why because of the positive energy she delivers as soon as you talk to her. Thank you Dipti for the great service you provided.

Awesome branch! Awesome staff! Always so helpful and never a long wait! Branch manager, Nicole, is always so welcoming and eager to assist, all while offering coffee and snacks. The branch is located in a good area with a lot of businesses and restaurants around. All the signs around the building recently got replaced and it looks great.

The area is upgrading but Citibank sits there looking neglected and old. No effort made to look nice. Nearby Starbucks did a complete remodel and looks beautiful. Citibank is a poor example of its brand.
