I broke my push rod for the Ridgid seesnake. I called up Cisco and explain the problem. I took in the equipment and a day later he had my camera looking like new, he even fix another problem in the camera. Very thankful with his work and always coming through. Hands down as the best repair shop for plumbing equipment. Knowledgeable, honest and good people.

Cisco did a great job of fixing my Sewer Snake at an Excellent price. He also gave me tips on how I could fix a foot air switch! Instead of buying a new one. Sewer Snake Repair is a specialized area, and getting the parts is a headache. And even if you can you get the price at retail, it's worth your time to use Cisco to make sure its the right part your replacing. Sometimes it's not obvious. My story - I bought a used General Snake from Home Depot, and boy was it used! Since then I have been replacing parts to get it back to as good as new. Good news is Home Depot has been very nice about selling me the parts. There is not much to a snake, basically a motor, GFI, electrical switch, fan belt, and air switch. General was very nice on supplying me with a wiring diagram, that helped when I replaced the Electrical Switch assembly - common issue is the toggle breaks off the switch. Unfortunately in the middle of a nightmare snaking job (roots in a house drain), the snake had issues. I thought it was the GFI (which does go bad), but it turned out to be a loose wire. I thought it was the reset circuit breaker, but General only sells to HD the entire Motor Assembly. So I took it to Cisco, he took the motor out, and found out it was a loose wire! Great price, A+ Quality, and Quick Turn around.
