I had came for a tour in the beginning of April. At first we were a bit hesitant because the 2 year old room looked a bit hectic but my partner and I were hoping it was just because they were 2 year olds. However, we should have taken this as an immediate red flag. We only considered Childtime-Anaheim because they were so understanding of my son's dietary needs. He has a severe cow milk allergy. The center directors at that time Ms. Ann and Ms. Lauren reassured us that they would be able to support us so our son can have a great experience. They told us they will check all the food labels and make sure they order food for him when he starts. We started this process in April and he wouldn't start until the end of May, after he turns 2. In the two months we waited, we submit our registration money and paperwork, only to be told we needed to go back to the doctors to fill out another form for his severe milk allergy. I was a little taken aback when I would enter the space and no one would really introduce themselves to me, including the interim center director and the new center director. We never felt welcomed in the space but we wanted to keep our options open as they were a bigger daycare center and seemed to have their things in order. On the day he was going to start, Monique turned us away because they needed to wait for corporate to approve the severe milk allergy. If I was told ahead of time or if they had written on the form that the form needed to be turned in before he started, I would have stopped by a couple of days before he started. Well it did stop there. On top of being turned away, as a working mother I needed to scramble to find an alternative to child care for the day. Monique did not even care about us, she was just there to follow what corporate was telling her. Before we left that morning, she told me she would have an answer by 12PM Pacific, as the corporate office closes at 3PM eastern. Well.... guess what they did not communicate to me at all. Around 4PM, I decided to make a call and they told me he can start the next day but I needed to sign a form to exclude him from the food program because of his cow milk allergy. I told them, he should be fine to have any vegetables, fruits, and meat. Being part of the federal food program, they needed to ensure my child would be offered at least 1 food alternative. Nope that was not the case. Monique told us it was "too hard" for her kitchen staff to ensure there is no milk in the food they make. At this point, my partner was irate because Monique was not accommodating of my child's diagnosed allergy. Monique just kept on emphasizing that she could not do anything because they was corporate policy. I know my rights and told her that as a participant of the CACFP program, her center must meet my child's allergy. Right when I looked up the CACFP federal program online, she magically wanted to work with us. I do not want to send my child to a place that will exclude him due to a food allergy. I would hate to think how they treat other families with more needs.

My child has been attending the Childtime in Anaheim since she was 3 months old. She is now 5 and about to go to kindergarten. She has made so many friendships with her peers and the staff members. I love that she is able to continue attending here even when she is in elementary school.

If I could give this place more stars I would. I have yet to come across a childcare like this one!In our scenario, I needed to find a new daycare fast because the prior location stated that our little one would not stop crying. It was updating and stressful since the pandemic has made it hard to find any location with open infant spots. When we started at Childtime, they took the time to ease him into his new surroundings, and in less than one month, the change was remarkable. Now, if I pull into the parking lot, he starting giggling in enjoyment and is happy to go start his day. The caretakers are so kind here and make me feel comfortable in asking advice and updates on him. The SproutAbout app allows me to see him and interact with the care team. They're hard work is noted in his self esteem, social and development skills. Thank you childtime!

My children have been going to this Childtime for years and I continue to be happy with the care they receive. The Director Ms Ann and Assistant Director Ms Lauren are easy to work with and are clear in their communication, which is something our family has had issues with in other daycares. We always receive friendly care from the teachers and my kids love their teachers.

Child killing time.Saffs and all teachers are very unprofessional. I ran to emergency room a few times because they drop my children from the diaper changing station. There is no safety training for the teachers. Please avoid.
