My husband went here tonight at 11:15pm on his motorcycle, there was a heavyset female with short black hair inside putting her jacket down and what appeared to be browsing around the store staring right at him at the window cash in hand with his helmet on ringing the bell and she just ignored him. He was obviously there as a customer looking to get gas undeniably not a vagrant. After 5 minutes of blatant disregard he had to go somewhere else. I’m not sure if open 24 hours means something different now or this lady was just being rude and lazy but bottom line if you are looking for gas in this area go somewhere else. Way to go on your choice of employees. I guess the Extra Mile slogan is how far you need to go to actually get gas and decent service.

Been going here since it was a 76 and sad to see it go downhill, I still like stopping by when I come down for a visit. This time the pumps were running really slow and unfortunately the situation wasn't helped by the losers who can't do real graf and covered the screen with their amateur tags making it hard to see what's going on. The bridge nearby on la palma is attracting people dumping garbage and old cars it's a shame they are dragging down this gas station too, crazy too since a fire station is so close by.

This Chevron is the WORST!! The owners clearly don't care that their machines don't work properly. If you want to use your card out by the pump, forget it. That goes for credit and debit. It's an ongoing problem that they're too cheap to address.

August 24, 2018 at 3:15pm. The service that i got was extremely RACIST from the middle eastern woman cashier! I arrived as a customer, and wanting to use the restroom and was told no, because "I had to buy something", and then comes in a Latino man behind me was asked to use the restroom WITHOUT purchasing anything and was given the key instead of me. She knew that she made a fatal mistake and tried to be friendly with me all of a sudden. Would NEVER come to this racist place ever again!!! I will tell everyone I know NOT to shop or get gas from there EVER! It will not let me post this unless I give it a star rating, I give it zero stars so therefore, I will give it one so i can post it.

Nothing ever pumped into my tank. I know I only asked for 1 gallon but should have still made a difference. Tuan wasnt helpful at all.

I stopped at this Chevron asked for 5 dollars which gave me 1.29 gallons of gas. Nothing pumped in my tank! I had the same milage as when I got here. And Tuan was not helpful at all. No refund or gas for my car. Thanks Tuan for your amazing costumer service!

Probably the worst gas station service I've ever had. They were supposedly closed for some reason . Paulina told me it would be 5 mins and turned out waiting for 20min. Seriously bs

After pumping $50 worth of gas I noticed one of my tires was low. I asked the lady behind the counter if she could turn on the air for me, "YOU HAVE TO PAY 1 DOLLAR". Really????? Never going here again for gas. Mobil and 76 down each street. Go there instead.

Been coming to this gas station for years . I usually get gas every other day. Today I didn't get gas but I was in need of air for my tire. I came up to the gentleman that works in the morning and I kindly asked him to help me with some air for my tire. I did tell him. Hey I didn't get gas today but you I always get gas here. Can you help me out. Right away he says sorry it doesn't work. Which would have been fine but then he changes his story and says I have to buy something from the store. This will be the last time I go into the store. This dude is always rude about things and it's the last time I will deal with him.

I've been coming to this chevron for the past year and half since starting my new job near by. This has been my number one choice to go to gas station. But after today, it will be my last time coming here. I asked for air and they guy came up with some excuse saying that I had to purchase something in order for him to give me back coins even though I had already put gas in my tank. I was being charged $1.75 just put air in my tire even after I filled my tank with 6 gallons. I simply walked out and went to the next gas station near by.

I filled up my tank and proceeded to the car wash. Purchased the expensive one....The Works. Pulled in on the green light. Then all lights went off. Backed up...tried again. No luck. There was a car waiting behind me. I honked and honked my horn but no one would come outside from the store. I called the number on their website 714 553-4805, told the man that answered that I was at the Chevron at 2530 E La Palma Ave in Anaheim and I was stuck in their car wash. He had the nerve to tell me I was calling him on his personal phone! And hung up on me!! The car behind me left so I backed out again and went in to the cashier. Two of them just standing there. I asked if they heard me honking my horn. The guy says "Yeah, we can see you on our cameras" Really Dude? Gives me a new code. Attempt again. Same thing! He gets on his cell phone to someone and apparently re-set it. FINALLY! This took a good 15 minutes to resolve while I'm on my lunch break. No apology. No free car wash coupon for next time. No "have a nice day" Customer service at it's worst!
