We have been associated with Chatterton and Associates since 2016 when we had utilized their services to revise our Living Trust with Attorney Holly Nabiey. In 2019 we moved our investments over under Certified Financial Planner Eric Oh. Eric schedules regular meeting with us to go over the status of our investments and we have been very happy how they are being handled. The staff is also very receptive and helpful whenever we have to the need to contact them or get questions answered. Chatterton also has informative events several times a year when I always try to take advantage of. I highly recommend this company for your Wealth and Estate Planning needs!

This is our 4th year using Chatterton and every year we have had awful client services. First year we gave them a break because of Covid. 2 year their accountant was fired due to lying ( as he did to us) and poor performance. We hung in there gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited to have a new accountant re do our file and get us up to speed. The 3rd year, another new accountant and he was grossly slow. Again taking us to the last minute. This year( and our last) was just flat out awful client service. We went in over 7 weeks ago and tomorrow is the last day to file and we still can't get anyone to call us back to inform us whether they have been finished and filed. Emails and phone calls are rarely returned. I would advise you not use this company. Poorly run. Even management wouldn't return calls. Just to prove my point, if you listen to their phone message they are using Covid schedule for no office appointments from 3 years ago. Kid you not! Talk about poorly run.

I would highly recommend Chatterton for anyone that is seeking to better manage their overall financial, tax and estate planning. I was someone who managed my own investments, had a separate tax accountant and a separate estate planning attorney. I cannot express enough the peace of mind I now have with all three aspects being managed by one firm. The decision making is holistic and results are impressive.

I have been a client of Chatterton & Associates for more than 10 years. I have had excellent returns on my investments even in years when the markets have been down. I appreciate the fact that my financial advisor can easily communicate with my tax preparer and that both have all the details of my Trust. They all work together which gives me peace of mind.

Chatterton is an outstanding full service financial services provider. They have investment management, tax planning and preparation, and estate planning (legal). They have access to all stocks/funds including SEI, which are highly rated. It is not a commission based process, so they do not make recommendations for their benefit. The personnel are excellent, professional, and work diligently for their clients. As a client for over 10 years, I strongly recommend Chatterton.

ROBERT CHATTERTON invested my retirement money, he is very good on talking and giving you charts and curves, of course he claimed he will make me money and that he has expertise...bla ... bla...blaHe invested my money in funds that of course paid him a high commission, I lost $100,000 in a few months....In my opinion he is a thief, he should be in jail, he is a parasite making stealing people retirement.In my opinion Robert Chatterton is a devil, he makes money and you lose money, the more you lose the more he gainsIn my opinion he should be investigated and should be in jail

Worst case scenario. This guy was hired by my dad and did none of the things he promised. But then he gave my dad inaccurate tax advice (ummm... he isn't a CPA) and when I brought it to his attention that he is mistaken he refused to correct himself. Stating that I'm not his client so it's ok that he gave my dad bad info. My dad doesn't seem to care because this guy carries professional liability insurance but I don't think it covers tax advice, even though that is something he is selling, you need to be a CPA for that! Zero professionalism. Zero. And lazy too.
