This is the best Chase Bank office around. The staff at the Festival Center are very professional & very helpful. The gold standard in banking. Vincent is the best Bank Manager I’ve ever known. Megan is always very helpful. So is Alexis & Sebastian. Edwin is very helpful and so is Jude. I drive 25 miles now just to see the associates at this office. I’ve been frustrated with Chase Bank a few times recently. But the Festival Center office has turned it around in a good way. Thank you to everyone at the Chase Festival office for making my banking experience a pleasant one. You guys at the Festival office set the bar.

I have been a customer of this bank for years now. Love em. Easy parking, clean and great employees. My son, Mitchell Cook, was a favorite of this bank as he would frequently, on his own, go in a confess that he had lost his debit card, again, and would ask for a new one. They really loved Mitchell as a customer.

I never know what to expect when I go in there. Everything was all fine and good until the chase bank off of Weir Canyon closed and those 2 tellers came over. Both very unfriendly and have never once seen them smile. They provide extremely poor customer service. Ordering coin here has been a great challenge. They proceed to tell me one thing while the other friendly workers tell me another. I can never seem to get a straight answer here. I hear coin shortage 1 day but the other day there’s not. Supposedly there’s a coin shortage here while every other bank in a 10 mile radius has lifted theres. Weird enough that they don’t have any signs that indicate a coin shortage and that I’m still allowed to order coin? I can get a box of coin but can’t get more than 1 quarter roll! Don’t know if I want to keep coming here in the future especially with those 2 tellers being how they are and misinforming me. I want to see more of Emily, Meghan and all the nice men that work there.

I love this branch. We lived in Anaheim hills close to the festival center. My husband opened his business account with Mak and than I did the same. Mak is awesome!!!!!!! Even with a facemask he recognized me got right into what I need. Always ask how my husband us doing. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Employees need to be more properly trained when giving information. If the employees would have answered my questions more attentive with all the information I needed then I wouldn't have had any issues. After confronting this issue I was told nothing can be done about money I wasn't able to return to my savings. If the employees had told me all the regulations before hand I would have had no expectations of being able to return it. I would have excepted it and returned it by other means.

I cannot find any fault with Chase employee's superb customer skills. Shout out to Farrah and Paul for making my every trip to Chase AMAZING! Why does it feel like every time I go to Chase, its more of a social visit than for business? Regardless, I love how professional and efficient they handled my business. Especially to Farrah! She is amazing. I expected my visit will take 30 mins, but she managed to smooth the entire interaction so quickly that I didn't feel bad hogging her. She also made sure the customers in line did not feel forgotten and thanked them for their patience. Seriously, the best experience I have had at Chase. Thank you, Chase crew!
