Recieved a check with the banks logo on it from my attorney. I called to see if they could cash THIER own check. They wouldn't do it unless I signed up and made a bank account with them, And even than they wouldn't be able to cause of the amount on the check......by federal law any check distributed by a bank should be honored. But this branch will force you to make an account and than not even be able to give you your money the day of or even the same month......I've called my lawyer up and am going to follow up with this

I went here today to start up my new credit card. One of the employees told me that I could do it at home but when I did it, there was an issue. So I drove back and another employee was so kind enough to help me. He helped me with the set up and it was a huge breeze. He also taught me how to set up Apple pay and he even showed me some Apple features I didn't know about. He explained it to me step-by-step. He was also super kind and so welcoming. Which I like in an employee. He was also really up for a good chat. I asked him if he's ever had customers coming in and asking to transfer money to someone only to know that instantly it's a scam. He said yes and that this happens 2 to 3 times every month. I was shocked and never expected this to happen at a bank so close to home. He shared some stories with me. I even shared my story of romance scams and I told him about a romance scam incident I got into that was really, really traumatic. I thought he was going to shame and blame me on the spot but thankfully he helped me through that moment. So glad to come here.

I was here 7:45 pm. To make an ATM deposit and a business phone call regarding the deposit. It is a large parking lot. Not busy. After 15 minutes or so, a security person came and knocked on my window to inform me this was a bank only parking lot. I said. Yes, I am here for the bank. She said I've been watching you, you've been here a while. Yes. Ever use your phone in a parking lot? I found this to be unessessary. We all have phones these days and need to use them while we are out. I was doing nothing wrong. Now, she came back again to tell me to make my transaction and stop loitering. 30 minutes now. So, I have to make a call regarding this bank transaction, I don't think it's a crime. Chase doesn't want their customers to be safe in car, in the parking lot? This really bothers me. It really does. I am doing nothing wrong. Huge parking lot. It feels bad to be treated like this.
So, after writing this, I made my transaction, the short phone call. Got in the car to leave and the police knocked on my window, she had reported me for trespassing. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU! This is disturbing beyond belief. There is no excuse for this, at all. None. Chase customers need protection from this place. BEWARE.

I've done business with a number of Chase branches and this one is the worst. The first time I went there, an employee asked if I had an appointment and when I said that I didn't, she said that no one could help me. The place was empty of customers! Later, I made an appointment to get a document notarized but after waiting a long time, the employee told me that he had left his book at home. The third time that I made an appointment, it was canceled at the last minute and when I asked why, they said that they were busy. Someone higher up at Chase to look into these problems.

This location is simply horrible, just horrible staff. Not helpful. Don't even try to be helpful. Seems like all of them are lazy and don't want to do anything. I'll get the name of the staff later and update them.

Lisa was so kind and helpful and I'm glad she was the first face I saw. She then passed me along to Daoud who squeezed me into his schedule and provided excellent customer service walking me through the steps I needed to take. They both alleviated stress and anxiety for me and for that I am extremely grateful they were there to help me.

Horrible customer service at Chase Bank business account. I opened an account and they closed it on their own without returning my money. They said I should I have to wait 10 days for my money? After I gave him my money. I have to wait 10 days to get my money back.

This location and the customer service rep DELIA needs to do a lot better with their customer service and valuing their clients. We have an appt at 1 PM and we got to the branch at 1:12 and the CSR didn’t get to us until 1:16. She said she couldn’t help us because we’ve passed the 10 min grace period. We’ve explained to her that we just got off from work and we rushed to our appt and we took a half day off from work just to make it to this appt. We just need to show proof of residence for the person that we’re adding to the account. Delia said that will take 30-45 mins and they close at 2. I guess she was in a hurry to go home and she doesn’t want to help us after she helps the other customer. If she really wants to help us, she could have done something and put an effort to valuing our business and not ask us to make an appt and come come back another day. That’s another trip and the hours I work is the same hours as when this bank is open. She doesn’t want to understand that situation. If the customer is right in-front of you already and she’s explaining you that it’s hard for her to make it it to the branch during their open hours, Delia could have done something else. She was in a hurry to close at 2 and go home. Bad business.

worst experience, waited for an hour just for them to tell us they don’t take walk in. You guys should have waited for more than that to make our experience worst. Never again. Also, the manager seems like he doesn’t care about the customers.

They are super helpful and friendly. I feel like they greet you when you walk in and value you as a customer. Just love the whole staff!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. There’s only one business personal banker rep here, and he wasn’t patient or helpful. I came inquiring about opening a business bank account for a foreign owned LLC, he rushed through to tell me that the foreigner need to have a US address to open an account, the. gave me a list of items a foreigner need to bring, and went on to help other customer without listening to what i have to say. I can’t imagine there’s not a way for a foreign owned LLC to have a US bank account. I’d appreciate if they can either listen to me first and explain why an account can or cant be opened, or schedule for me to come back if they’re too busy, instead of rushing through and make me feel less importantThe location is close to where i live and most of the time pretty empty compared to other locations. That tells the level of customer service that they have here.

am very very upset.This bank tries to rip me off.I went to get $1 bills for couple hundred dollars. When I came home and counted one bundle, it had only $97.00 dollars in $100.00 bundle and other one had only $96.00.It never happened before at any other banks.People in this branch don't know how to count the money!!!
