I stopped by this bank to open a checking account around 11:30 AM today. I was told I needed two forms of identification, I informed the employee that i had to run to my car to grab my second form of identification. Upon returning, he told me that "the person" who was going to help me was going to lunch at 12 and that SHE takes an hour lunch therefore she wouldn't be able to assist me until after one. He also told me that it would take an hour to open the account. I'm not sure what his purpose was of telling me how long it would take to open an account. That really dodnt matter to me. I asked him if there was another person available to assist me, and he gave me no options at all, neither did he apologize for the inconvenience. I will now be opening an account elsewhere other than Chase. I didn't catch the guys name because he also didn't introduce himself. He had glasses on and curly black hair. Very bad customer service!

Went in 3/4 was told I would need to set up an appointment. So they sent us to the teller to set up an appointment the teller informed us the next available appointment wouldn't be until the following Monday however, at that time their systems were down so she told us the date and time 10:30 AM Monday 3/11 so the following Monday I went in 311 to set up a business account. Upon arrival business banker informed us our appointment was for 10 AM. I informed him that we were told 10:30 AM and we're supposed to receive a confirmation email which we never received. He really didn't seem to care and told us we would have to come back in another week. He didn't seem to care at all, how far we came from or what we had going on nor did you want to accommodate us. The customer service here is horrible. There is no organization and it seems like every other second their system is down I own a restaurant a food truck and this was going to be another business. We are open I wanted to take all my business to bank at Chase however, after seeing this horrible customer service, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The customer service at Chase Bank Branch on Euclid was profoundly disappointing and needs urgent improvement. The staff's conduct was unprofessional, and their lack of concern for customers' needs was evident throughout my visit. It was, by far, one of the worst experiences I've encountered at a bank. The disregard for customers was glaring, with an attitude that suggested they were indifferent to my concerns and needs. The unprofessional behavior from the staff was an alarming reflection of the lack of training or care for delivering quality service. Regrettably, this appalling experience has firmly decided my stance against ever banking with this branch again. The overall attitude and treatment of customers were unacceptable, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location. The sheer indifference and lack of care toward customers' experiences make it apparent that there's an urgent need for a complete overhaul in the customer service department at this specific branch of Chase Bank.

Chase Bank Visit on November 2 Euclid I had an appointment scheduled at Chase Bank on November 2, which was arranged four days in advance. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, the bank informed me that I wasn't listed for the appointment. This error caused significant inconvenience as I had rearranged multiple meetings to attend and set up my business account. I was provided with an appointment card by the banker, verifying my scheduled meeting, yet they refused to rectify the mistake or assist me further. Their handling of the situation was disappointing, especially given the time and effort I had invested. Moreover, the service quality deteriorated from the moment I entered. Despite having all necessary documents to open a business account, the banker's approach and attitude were unwelcoming. Inquiring about my residency or legal status in a manner that seemed impolite and unprofessional added to the unpleasant experience. I am a citizen, and such questioning, perhaps due to language barriers, was discomforting. As a result of their mishandling and the overall experience, I left the branch extremely dissatisfied. It's regrettable that my time was wasted, and it is evident that I will be taking my business elsewhere. This specific branch of Chase Bank failed to meet even the basic standards of customer service. I genuinely hope that such disappointing experiences are not reflective of the service across all Chase Bank branches. Z

I will have to give this bank five stars. The gentleman helped me when I was in danger of getting hacked. I felt so scared and sick, and ran to the bank in my slippers. He made me feel better even though his job isn't to counsel. I went on a crisis line today bc I felt so sick, they said oh your resilient. But the guy at chase had better words of wisdom, and confirmed that if I was compromised I'd be ok, and it would be fixed. I wished I had calmed down and been more specific. But everything I worked hard for was going away. I found a wire transfer later that would have cost me everything. And luckily LA Mirada chase was open late. One man laughed at me. So I called back. The other was professional, firm with me, saves my butt. Note to the unprofessional one: don't pretend to not speak English when someone is calling you about fraud. I was so scared I double verified. Thanks in the end to those who cared.

Management is awesome!! Thabk you for handling my error and treating me so well. Branch is busy, but to be expected since it is located on a busy intersection.

They don't answer the phone and you can't get help regarding your safety deposit box. They don't call you bank even though the message recording says they will. They say the manager will help but she's rude and no help ever. Been banking with you guys for decades even though you guys are closer I'll always go to the brookhurst branch. Plus they have Apple Pay.

Drive thru ATM been out of order, only 1 out of 2 ATMs working inside. Long line, what a hassle.
