I would give zero stars if I could . This branch has the worst customer service. I was in need to do a POA for a specific account. Been dealing with The representative named Moses who has zero communication skills and absolutely no knowledge about a POA document. I was called into the branch multiple times and mislead and misinformed for a period of almost a month without any resolution. Every time he called me to come into the branch he was not able to communicate clearly or omitted to communicate what I needed to bring to Conclude the matter which it started to turn into a waste of my time and breath as I had to make multiple trips every time . His primary concern when he communicates is the excessive use of the word” basically “ and rambling around the main subject without a straight answer. I Believe he does it because he doesn’t have the knowledge or he is just lazy. In addition , not only that he has poor communication skills but also he doesn’t follow up with emails. The other day I went into the branch again to complete the task.Moses was at lunch . Bianca tried to help but bc Moses omitted to communicate when he called me that I needed to bring another set of documents, I had to go back home and bring another set. This back and forth has been happening for a mont now. I also requested for Bianca to help and I told her I will be back in 10 minutes. She said okay. By the time I arrived back within the time frame , I was greeted by Jennifer with an attitude and was told that Bianca is at lunch and I had to wait for an hour. I was very surprised again that Bianca now didn’t communicate that she will go to lunch and give me a different return time. I asked Jeniffer where is Moses and I was told again , with an attitude that he is at lunch also, again . I asked her how many lunches does Moses take since he just took one an hour ago? Every time I walk into that branch everyone is sitting around chilling, maybe these employees would benefit from some more training and coaching and customer service skills so you don’t lose your customers because people like the ones I just encountered. The culture in that branch is very toxic and unprofessional . Due to this experience I was about ready to switch my accounts to a diff bank than Chase but while I was driving I stopped at Tustin branch and met Adan who was very helpful and professional and a great resource with great communication skills who was able to clearly state what needed to be done with clear time frames and follow ups.

The problem with this bank is lack of maintenance on their ATMs after the bank closes, there are always problems, today the door does not scan the card to enter and the drivetru never accepts cash or they are out of service

This is the worst drive through chase I've ever experienced. I've been banking with chase for 10 years and two years ago moved close to this location. Either the machines are slow or don't work. My recent experience I was depositing $485 cash and it only counted $360!!!! I automatically hit cancel instead of continuing. Machine did distribute my $485 back. Luckily I counted my money before i deposited. Count every dollar before you choose to deposit here. Now I will go the extra miles to avoid the headache of this location. 0 stars

Very disappointed in this branch none of their atms never work after hours. I can’t even do simple banking and this is not the first time I deal with something like this at this branch. Your ATM custodian needs to do a better job.

If I could rate this place 0 Stars, I would. No customer service, just all about money. Had a recent hack of my debit card within the month. The hacker was able to withdraw $400 and $200 from my account without any problems specifically at this Chase location. I tried making a claim and told them about being hacked because I never visited the branch that day, but they declined my claim because they firmly believed it was me that did these two separate withdraws. The hacker also use my debit card at Popeyes for $15.50, yet they were able to cover that charge no problem. Shows character, Chase only cares about numbers ($) and not about the customer. I've been banking with Chase over 7 years now and never filed a claim for withdrawal before and the one time I file a claim for a withdrawal that wasn't me. I can't be helped? I dislike the customer service. I will never trust Chase with my money ever again.

I went in to withdraw from my checking account and I was in-n-out very quickly. The bank teller was friendly and provided me with the exact bills I requested. She was very professional and put the cash through the counter machine so that I can see the calculated cash as well. There were plenty of ATMs available for quick withdraw and deposits as well. The parking lot is small, but you'll find a spot as bank patrons leave after they're done. Note: This branch is open on Saturday and closes at 2pm, NOT 4pm as stated on Yelp's hours.

Adrian went above and beyond for me today ! I needed to get my newphew a bank account/credit card to start his young adulthood early . Adrian was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable helping us . Also, Anyssa greeted us right away making us feel welcomed . Thank you Chase staff I look forward to doing business again soon !

this chase is trash, atms never in service and apparently employees who physically populate the building are unable to trouble shoot their own atm machines due to a THIRD PARTY contract where they have an outside party come service these trashed up atms. disgusting and a waste of time. but honestly adds up with how terrible this branch is kept.
