This branch is the reason I'm leaving Chase. There is always an issue every time I go to this branch. I've been with Chase for over a decade and have had business accounts with them. Today, after visiting this location, I'm seriously considering leaving Chase because of the poor service I received. They had a dozen employees, and minimal customers, at the branch. The inept woman behind the counter was unwilling and unable to help me open a new account or help me set up a CD account. She kept telling me to set up an appointment but that's not possible because I was leaving for the week. She didn't even try to help and she kept looking at the woman next to her who also didn't help, just kept shaking her head no. The employees provided horrible customer service, appearing to be lazy, unwilling to assist, or be sympathetic to my needs. I would say you should avoid this branch and possibly Chase all together!

Chase branch and staff are amazing the only problem/low rating is due to having ONE ATM working outside the branch. Fix this issue there’s always lines backed up due to this. It’s been like this for the past 5 months unacceptable

The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. I don’t have an account with them, but I stopped by to cash a check. I just love this building. My entire life it’s always changed into a different business but the building remains the same ?

Called mulitple times, couldn't get a hold of anyone. Went to this location to open a business account, and was told that only one person was working there that could do that, and his next available appointment is two weeks from now.

Nothing special, but there was the absolute worst person possible trying to do something at the bank and JONATHAN on 01/29 around 10:30am handled the situation the best way he could. We're talking name calling, no mask wearing, yelling man and Jonathan was calm, cool and collected. Just a reminder to be nice to the people helping us. I hope his day got better once that guy left.

Unfair to Veterans, opened a kid's account with our son. Chase bank in Anaheim made it inconvenient and nearly impossible to access the money. We tolerated their behavior for years. The tellers are rude and uncaring. Fast forward our son joined the military and has been stationed abroad. While in training, he transferred his money and closed the account from on line. We now learned they did not and will not close the account and are charging him $12 per month until he can come into the branch, in person, to pay the fees and close the account. He is thousands of miles away and this cannot happen. They do not care and Chase Bank Anaheim said he will be turned into collections unless we deposit $1500 into the account. Take your business elsewhere! Immoral, condescending parasites. They are unfair to the men and women serving our country.

I went to chase at night around 8 to pull out some money but I was having difficulty with the app. I was in the parking for couple of minutes trying to figure out the issue. When I was there the security never stopped staring and with a nasty look. After a minute the security came to me and told me "Either use Chase or get out!" First off you're acting like a rent-a-cop & I've been using chase for years specially this area. Once I told the security that isn't the politest way to tell someone to leave the area specially when she only guarding the parking lot. When I told her That she wasn't guardian of the galaxy she flipped out saying she that way, she talks like that Etc. Bunch of excuses because she knew she was in the wrong... I asked her for who can I speak with she said talk to the bank. I asked her for her manager she said she doesn't need to provide one. I asked her for her name so I can file a complaint with the bank but she said wasn't going to give it to me. Please if you're going to hire someone, train them or if you find your job boring than move on

This location is close to home and walking distance.. 4 Stars thanks to Jeffrey! (think I spelled his name right?) Genuinely kind and was able to provide excellent Customer Service. Well, everyone there has always been Polite to me anyways. Low key, I'm always asking for a Chase Pen and they provide it complimentary.. Ooh, must I mention they were able to waive the Money order Fee a few times, due to Covid, that most def was super duper appreciated! Yes, the outside ATM's could use a Little remodeling/cleaning but that's just Transients/Homeless vandalizing anywhere right?

You'd think they'd try cleaning up a bit more because of COVID but this place is GROSS! Everyone saying that it's nasty here is not lying. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and smells like urine among other things. The way the atm is in a little corner makes it feel really sketchy.

This location has the worst customer service when if you need to talk to a representative since there's no available staff.

So- is Chase going under or what? Do I start pulling m money out? Cause you're closing branches left and right- branches are saying they won't be doing business but signing people up and find another branch. The perk about Chase was the accessibility but now it's getting worse and worse and your branches that are open are so overwhelmed it's crazy making......
