Chase branch and staff are amazing the only problem/low rating is due to having ONE ATM working outside the branch. Fix this issue there’s always lines backed up due to this. It’s been like this for the past 5 months unacceptable

The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. I don’t have an account with them, but I stopped by to cash a check. I just love this building. My entire life it’s always changed into a different business but the building remains the same ?

Vanessa was truly a delight to deal with. She was so helpful and genuinely kind. I really appreciated her positive professional demeanor. It’s easy to forget that good customer service is a conscious choice that is made daily and those who choose to display exceptional customer service shouldn’t go over looked!
