Always clean, hardly any issues . People come in and out .. they don't hang around for any other reason but to do their laundry and go home . Lol.

Annoying buzzer for over an hour while we were doing our wash. Coming from the front door. Repeatedly. The staff member did nothing to help. Zero stars!

Since the price went up, the dryers don't work every so often, they stop, you have to fix them, please, you spend a lot of money and they don't dry.

The ladies who work here are really nice. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the washing machine and dryer I used. I had to rewash a load because it didn’t even use any of the soap or softener I placed inside the dispenser. I also had to use a different dryer half way through the cycle because the original dryer stopped with an error that it “wasn’t vacuuming”. The attendant couldn’t help me because of a language barrier. Super disappointed, I came here because of all the great reviews. I’m out 7$ extra which usually wouldn’t matter so much but it could have bought some food for my daughter and myself.

I wanted to try this place because is was almost empty. One of the washer machines I was going to use had a half beagle stuff in the detergent shoot. I mean it was missing the coffee. Wait it was next to it. It was a card laundry which I am ok with but the change machine is out of order. Dry is $1.59 what...first and last time I'm coming here. Also, the restroom is out of order... wonder why?.Uuhhh.

Not busy on Thursday am, attendants are. Ice. Wi-Fi does not work. Attendant says sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. I needed wifi to work and that's why I chose this place. So stuck here with no Wi-Fi until my stuff is done. For that alone, I won't be spending anymore money here.

****PRICING IS OFF, literally false advertising and liable for a law suit!Buisness opens at 6am, HOWEVER over the pasted 3 months I have came and 3 times it hasnt been opened, today i was waiting outside with another person and 6:15am rolled around and its still not open? Last time it was 6:45am and it wasnt open? Whos opening here ?Also recently I asked one of the attendees there(the one thats worked there the longest) to help me with my dryer she rudely said "I am washing I cant help you!" I didnt know employees could wash there clothes there and work at the same time? She sent me to the window to talk with another lady, in the end I had to pay again for the dryer not working properly?! Fix your dryers and employee attitude!

Excellent place. I have been going here for 7 years. It is impeccable, my clean excellent service, excellent service operation in washing machines and dryers, very clean bathrooms, small store included, excellent staff service, excellent parking, very good security, I recommend it. . .

Love this place such a great place to do laundry, i can relax while I know my clothes are gonna be safe and on the magnolia the staff are amazing! And oh my god! The manger is so helpful and kind, she takes her time with you making sure you have everything good. This place is amazing! Definitely always coming back here
