Horrible experience! The manager was very rude, not willing to help at all! One of the employees was willing to help and he took the offer back just because he didn’t want to help at all and didn’t want to give us another car. Once we talked to customer service and told them what happened, they asked to talk to him and he completely changed his attitude and actually offered to help. The guy is a joke and needs to be fired!

Worst experience ever. I was confused about something and asked about it on the invoice. He proceeded to say that he didn’t know anything. Neither of the staff even tried to help me solve the problem. If you would like a horrible experience come to this location!! Not sure why the workers are there if they don’t know anything about it. I am a regular customer of Budget, and I don't think I will choose Budget ever again!!!!

Needed to change the time of the pick up to a bit earlier and wanted a specific type of car. Luis and Chris were really great and tried to help as much as they could. It’s a small location but well serviced. Thank you.

We went to switch out the vehicle originally rented and add an additional drive. I had originally been given a Challenger instead of a Prius when picking up from the airport and it was not big enough for my needs. The manger there made the switching process super easy and also waived the additional driver fee for our troubles. Definitely made the experience amazing!

Honestly, the outdoor staff wasn’t very helpful. Unlike other locations I’ve rented from before, I had to seek out someone to point out all the exterior damage before I drove away. Upon return, there was no one to instruct me where to park. Also, the parking lot was crazy packed both times I’ve been in there, making it more difficult to navigate.

Absolutely highly recommended for speedy & helpful service from Luis. We really wanted a car for a week with inbuilt navigation as we are from Australia & driving on the opposite side of the road would be easier with it. Luis gladly accepted our debit card unlike the place across the street & we were on our way in no time. So pleased we were able to walk in & have a car ready that suited us so quickly. Our family is extremely grateful for the kind& quick service Luis gave us & his team who helped him. This place deserves 10 stars!

I rented a car from the airport but it didn't work well for me. I came here to exchange for a different one and Luis helped me out. He was so nice and really took care of me, even though they were very busy. Very appreciated

I booked a car rental on Sat to be picked up Sunday. When I got there the man at the counter was very rude and very flustered. He told us we can't have a veterans discount because he don't have the ability to do it. Then he gave us a car we drove home we live 1 mile from them. We were renting the car to go to a viewing of a family member in the valley. When we went to leave it caught our eye the tags were expired. Well the shop was closed. I spent 2 hours calling the 800 # for help . I was transferred 5 times to roadside service and just kept hanging up on me before connecting. Non the less we weren't able to go to the viewing, and roadside service were coming to tow the car away since tags are bad. Its just unacceptable for budget to have cars with no registration. Such bad business and needless to say I will never book with them again.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!! Luis C. at the Anaheim outlet, 200 W Katella, did an absolutely outstanding job helping me today! I needed to resolve an issue with a Budget Car rental from Hawaii.We've just returned from a week's vacation on Kauai Hawaii, (an excellent place to vacation in Hawaii!!). Our Budget experience was excellent on the island itself and service was not an issue but we returned to find an issue with the bill, which is OK, that stuff happens.The problem I had is that I did not have my original paperwork other than the confirmation number and when I contacted the Budget national numbers. I kept getting pushed overseas to contractors that I did not want to discuss financial information (ie credit card numbers) with on an international call.We have rented from the Anaheim office before and have always had a good experience, so I called down there and talked to Luis C. He was very very helpful and was able to take my confirmation number. get me my rental agreement number and give me a phone number for billing! Very very much appreciated. Waited upstairs for half an hour to be be third in line. Manager tells me I need to go across the street and down an elevator for shorter lines and more agents. There is a line 20 deep and takes my kids and I over an hour to get our vehicle. Terrible.

When did it become ok to have employees listening to their airpods when "helping" their customers? Regardless, paid in advance for a 4 runner, they wouldn't give us one because we're taking it to LAX instead of SNA. They didn't seem to have a problem with this when they took my money! Horrible customer service, took 45 minutes to get the car we in no way wanted. Will be using Hertz or Enterprise from now on
