I brought in my phone so they could replace the screen, one they didn't put the correct size. My screen was lifted and i was able to see the colors under the lifted area. Two my screen fell off my phone not shattered or anything like that just came off my phone. When that happen I called Bubble Screen Cell Repair and made them aware that i was very upset and they told me you should be able to put your screen back on and it'll work which it did until yesterday the same thing happened again though this still its completely black and I'm unable to use my phone. I called to make them aware and they told me it was my fault and if i needed services I would need to pay again. Mind you when I spoke with them prior they told me not to worry if the screen fell off they would replace it for me. Horrible customer service!!!!

I needed an iPhone battery replaced, and instead of going immediately to the big ticket retailer up the street, I thought I would stop by and get a quote. Even though there was a backlog of orders, I was able to get the iPhone battery replaced and phone returned in under an hour. The battery is working well, completely compatible with the IPhone, and at half the cost of the big ticket store. Customer service was excellent, very friendly and understanding. Highly recommend.
