I ordered a shirt a month ago and still haven’t received an update on my packaging, I have contacted their phone number and emails and still haven’t received no response, nobody ever answers.

I bought a shirt as a gift for a friend, hoping it would arrive on time. It's been a month and I still haven't received any updates on the status of my order. I've tried calling to inquire about my order, but nobody ever picks up the phone, and it seems like they're always closed. I have also message them on their social media and still no response. I just want to know what's going on with my order.

I placed an order for a custom shirt on Thanksgiving day for a Christmas gift that I would pick up in person. I hadn't received an email telling me it was ready as of last week, so I called them. I talked to Jessie and told him about my order. He told me to come in and pick it up on Saturday, apologized for the delay and told me he would make it up by giving me a free item from his store. I picked up the shirt Saturday and to my surprise, he kept his word and it was ready for pickup. As a bonus, not only did he give me my free gift, but he also gave me my hometown t-shirt free as well. Thank you Jessie for all that you do for the community and your customers. I will definately be referring people who want custom shirts to you from now on, and even those who don't but wear your style of shirts. (My 2 free gifts from him and his wife)

Been a customer for a few years now, for both myself and my significant other... Even tho it's been mostly for him since they had more guy clothes. Love the shirts, good quality, and awesome designs, and I love that you can order the designs to be put on hoodies. Once had a pretty big order get slightly mixed up: part of the order was 3 different styles of socks, but received 3 of one style instead. The company responded pretty quickly to my email, and were willing to fix anything that needed to be fixed, but I just decided to keep the socks and they gave me an extra discount code. I can somewhat understand the frustration of the 2 negative reviews, but for me there's been absolutely no complaints these past few years with their online store, it's been awesome clothing, awesome customer service, and let me tell you how excited we are to see the storefront had opened up ? we're local to that area, and will hopefully be able to get over there in the next couple days ? I was also told about possible kids stuff coming out, and that's my only hope, girls sizes in the shirts and kids clothing so we can all go matching and have our 6yo daughter joining in with us. Definitely a genuine, unique and good quality street style brand
