After waiting about six months before writing my review to ensure a fair assessment, I've noticed that while the general paint job on the car was good, there were some areas that fell short. Specifically, the mud flaps were incorrectly installed and missing clips, details around the paint edges were subpar, and there's an uneven fitting or bump on the top of the bumper. Overall, while the paint job itself was good, and communication and staff was great, the overlooked details and issues with fitting detract from the overall quality of the work.

My vehicle was repaired by Kaizen with a full frame replacement and needed alignment after their work. After driving 250 miles or so a loud clunking came from the front. Being remote I had to finish my trip and when I returned a tire shop checked it yo see that they didn't tighten the control arm bolt and the front wheel could move almost 3 inches. They showed me the major wear on my tires that was due to alignment and not mileage so I had to buy two new tires and then have Kaizen get Anaheim Wheel and Tire to replace the control arm and re align the vehicle. Needless to say I won't use either facility again. Had the bolt finished coming out it would have caused a major crash or rollover. How the heck do you do an alignment and not tighten the bolts you use to adjust? I posted this for Anaheim wheel but they complained and had it removed even though they were the ones doing the alignment. Sorry Kaizen. Yelp told me to post it here.

I've taken 2 cars there in the last month. Today, I picked up the second one, and it looks brand new. Lee has taken care of me both times. He's very helpful. Great customer service and work.

A part of the body work was very good, but another portion was shoddy. The hood now overlaps the grill, which was not the case before the accident. Customer service is poor. Lee didn't communicate timely or accurately and Jerry had a condescending attitude. The shop seemed unenthusiastic to work on my 2006 Tacoma.Services: Painting

Had a great experience here with all the staff, front to back. First repair shop I've been to that I would feel good recommending friends and family to. Thanks to Lee, Grace and the whole team. Will be back if I need repairs in the future.

I had work done here when it was Boss Paint and Body and was very pleased with their repairs! They have been acquired by Kaizen Collision Center I recently learned. Not only did they replace my bumper in two days but they waxed and detailed my Subaru Outback inside and out! Was not expecting that but was wanting to get that done as well and was so pleasantly surprised!! Very happy with their work and customer service!

They did a fantastic repair on my 2013 Venza. Lee, who texted me every day to keep me informed on the status regarding my car. We did have an issue with the insurance appraiser who took so long to get the estimates on my car (almost two weeks).So far, my vehicle runs like a charm.Services: Body & Trim

Called the evening before and came in the day after without an appointment. My hood was not closing all the way after popping a tire. The team checked for damage and adjusted the hood free of charge! I would recommend them.

Do not go here! It only took them about 4 weeks to repair my car (they blamed Covid). Then, when the car was done, they refused to give me my car back! They said the insurance had not paid them. The insurance had not paid them because they had not turned in the correct paperwork!!! Even after I contacted the insurance company and they agreed to send an email that they would pay the full amount, when i picked up the car, they still blamed the Insurance company, which was not true. In addition, they promised to put on a new Honda bumper instead of an OEM part. When I asked them if they had, they said the person who promised this was fired 2 days ago and they would not honor their word. Boss Auto Body kept their word but Kaizen, who now runs this shop, does not. I told them that I will never come back here again.Service: Body & Trim
