I bought a brand new phone and they sent me everything including the sim card which put in. When tried to set up the new phone wouldnt let me. Finally after weeks boost told me to go to the store. Well they charged me 35 dollars to set up and made me get a new sim card which already got and charged me 15 for already having it. I been a boost mobile customer for years and never had this problem. Just felt got jipped. So disappointing
