It's an okay gym and decent size. Has the basic equipments, and does not get crowded as much. I wish there was the hip trust machine The employees are nice and easy sign up.

Best gym I have ever been to. Amazing staff, very clean. The only bummer is no sauna and my teen isn’t old enough to workout there. But I look forward to my gym sessions because of what this place is and the vibe.

I have been coming here since March. I got an excellent value from Groupon. This gym is conveniently located near me and in Gardena, where I work. This place is great for everyone. My trainer, Sophia, is amazing and everything is affordable. I feel secure and happy going here.
