When I think of Big Lots, I think of cleanliness. In particular, I think of cleaning products that lead to cleanliness. Big Lots specializes in inexpensive nick-knacks, but what I find most plentiful and useful is their vast selection of cleaning products. Soaps, scrubbing powders, and cleaning tools, it seems Big Lots has an inferiority complex, and thus is trying to get next to some godliness, a'la "cleanliness is next to godliness." They also have lots of snacks, as well as regularly useful household items, like kitchen utensils, bed sheets and pillows, fake plants, mirrors, decorative items (both for interior and exterior), and all sorts of general household-related products. It's a pretty hard to place to get something that is a markedly poor value, and Big Lots seems to recognize their "lot" in life, however "big," is focused on the average household and its myriad of needs. This Big Lots is on the nicer side of the Big Lots niceness paradigm, and so if you've ever visited a different Big Lots and had a less than pleasant experience, give this Big Lots a try. They've never disappointed me.

Came in today with my mom. We were greeted by Sophie. My mom and I took our time to look around, we found some good stuff. At the checkout we were greeted again by Sophie. She was Amazing! Great customer service with a smile on her face. From the moment we stepped in the store to leaving the store Sophie went above and beyond with her customer service. Thank you Sophie we appreciate all you do.

This particular big lot is the only left in my neck of Orange County. It's a little further than I'd like but it is worth the lower prices. Always clean and orderly and they have a great home furniture section.

First off beyond racist! Dropped half of my daughter items when they were being scanned. Didn’t scan all her merchandise with the barcode in the book so when we came back to pick up the big items they didn’t scan the box springs. Sylvia is her name always hovering over other employees when trying to help us. When she had her leasing agreement, instead of her putting the number in she called the company like we was doing fraud. I been shopping at Big Lots for years and have never been treated so bad. Horrible service every time we visited this location.

This one is good size. Lots of outdoor furniture when I went in May. My biggest complaint is: DO NOT GO WHEN SCHOOL LETS OUT. I don’t go to this one often but there were so many kids making a ruckus everywhere. I think some kids stole stuff because it was so busy that the police came. The employee was not letting anymore than 2 or 3 kids in at a time and it almost looked closed but he let me in. I suppose I didn’t look young enough for him to question my intentions there ??♂️
There was at least 100 kids loitering around out front. Very off putting but I assume it not like that everyday. Hey, maybe it is but I will not ever go around 2-3pm again during the week in school season.
