The most humiliating one, by accident, some plastic bottles and other glass bottles fell that they stupidly placed on top of the beverage cooler that closes very tightly when you open it to take your drink. The glass bottles broke when they fell. My grandchildren were with me at the time. After the accident, a young couple was behind me and in reality it didn't affect them at all nor did they act enpathetic towards me. When I checked on my grandson the young man told me, "Nothing happened to him, he's fine and the cashier asked them to An apology and nothing to me, he doesn't care if my grandchildren got hurt or I what worries him all the time is that the store got dirty, I am a loyal customer of that store and I felt treated like garbage by the cashier who always has a face of poker and yet I am always nice to her, I will never go back there this happened on Monday around 3 in the afternoon, I am going to file a formal complaint.

We have shopped here in the past. This time made a special trip over there, had some heavy items to purchase, and NO CARTS! Not one! Not in the parking lot, not in the store. Asked the cashier, she said NO Carts. And didn't care. I sure as hell ain't carrying heavy items out to my car. Even if I'm buying bags of popcorn, I still need a cart- did they all get stolen? Nobody in line had a cart either. We left without going in. I'll be back only if I see you have carts. How stupid!

They send promotions and coupons but they don’t give you the discount. **False advertisement. I didn’t like the, false, false advertising!

Very clean store, everyone is polite. I had an interview with the assistant manager Sonia she is very polite and professional about everything. I haven't heard back from big lots but I will apply there again.
