This dealership is great Sam took her time explaining everything to me without any pressure. I got my car, she helped me with insurance and registration and I'm so excited.I was on the road less than an hour with my new used car.??????Update I just purchase another car from Sam. Just like my first transaction everything was great..

I just want to say thank you to the lady Sam that I spoke with for being so incredibly rude. I'm glad I did not " waste my time or hers" as she put it most of all waste any money on any of her wrecked vehicles I truly dodged a bullet !

This car dealership is amazing for starters Sam the owner cares so much about her customers so much and is so kind and helped me find a great car for a great price.. Nissan Altima 2016 for a great price including the temporary plates and taxes out the door. I had a great experience with this place i highly recommend.

I bought a 2007 Prius. Sam is great! She has many years experience in the industry and will go out of her way to make sure you’re satisfied. She sells used cars for less than the average price you find from a private buyer online. There is no other used car dealership around OC with prices as good as hers. Some cars even in the 2k range! (That’s hard to find) She’s also sweet, charming, and easy to work with. Very good support after the purchase. Sam’s partners are knowledgable, experienced mechanics and will go out of their way to help you with whatever issues until you are happy. 5 stars!

So my sons daughter saved her hard working money to purchase a car. She walks in with my son to this dealer, and purchases a 2011 Hyundai sonata with 120,000 miles. She payed $5,000 plus tax. Within a period of 3 months that she's had the vehicle. She has has nothing but problems. When she purchased it they informed her the car had a new engine which that should've been a red flag. Her battery died and left her stranded. The auto zone we went to purchase the battery stated that the battery it had was the wrong size. She bought the battery for over $180 since it was a special battery for that car. Within a week her starter failed. She had to change that too. It would've been nice if they were honest in telling 2 young people what was really wrong with the car.
Anyhow I just called the place today and rhw owner I believe answered. I vent out to her and she literally told me not to talk to her in that tone and she hung on me. First of i wasn't being rude I was just addressing the problem. Obviously she couldn't handle the criticism. How unprofessional of a business owner to hang up on your face! Don't waste your hard working money in this cheap dealership. Then she has the nerve to text me and tell me how rude I was and to learn how to speak. I speak as they treat me!! Don't give them your time or money! Lesson learned!
