There's always a problem, and there's never a solution. Tenants aren't screened appropriately as the issues become even worse with regards to parking, noise, security, etc.

Roach city. Water off it seems like every month for some reason. Guaranteed rent will go up every year and they will not negotiate. I would not recommend you ever think about renting there. You will regret it.
