Very unprofessional service. I've booked appointment online but received a call next day from bank representative to reschedule appointment due Notary had emergency situation and was not at the service location that day. We've rescheduled for next day. When I was 5 minutes away from the Bank office they called me to inform they couldn't notarized my documents and recommended me to go to UPS. All I needed to notarized my signature. That's pretty simple action. Very disappointed service and very unprofessional

Experienced a rude bank teller. Female Indian lady who started off with no greeting and denied my requests in an unprofessional way.I am looking for an opportunity to leave this bank asap.

This bank is conveniently close to our home so we came here to open a joint account. After 2 hours , our account was opened but we still had issues with our online banking. Banker that assisted us said “don’t make an appointment, just come by and see me and I’ll assist you” we stopped by the next day just to be told “he is not available and there’s not enough bankers to assist us at the moment and it would be an hour wait time” it was Saturday afternoon before the holiday so maybe that’s why they didn’t have many bankers available? Who knows. So we left and decided to go to the Branch on Yorba Linda Blvd at the Placentia Town Center. It was a bit of a drive but it was so worth it ! Their staff is very attentive and courteous and fixed our issues within less than an hour ! I highly recommend that location if this location continues to give any customers any issues.

Unfortunately probably one of the worst BOA branches I've been to. No one on the floor to assist customers. One teller helping people at the counter. Multiple staff sitting in their offices that just stare at you when you come in. I just needed to pick up an order and was in there for about 30 minutes. Will definitely just go to the branch closer to my house in the future.

This branch honestly deserves NEGATIVE stars. Not sure how a bank can be so incompetent, unprofessional and horrible in everything. We hardly do any in-person transactions. I had a check I wanted to cash for my MIL who wasn't on my account. After waiting almost an HOUR, I was told I had to bring her back with an ID. I came back the following day with my MIL and her ID and was rejected yet again. The same associate was there, I called her out and she said there was nothing she could do. WHERE'S THE MANAGEMENT here?? What's wrong with your protocol and customer service? She either gave me faulty info the day before and had me come back for no reason or just was plain lazy and didn't want to further investigate for alternative solutions. I could easily have deposited the check into an ATM and withdraw the amount but the associate threatened that they'd withhold it and charge me a fee. I have been banking with them for DECADES. This branch is seriously the worse. The lines always go out the door and expect to wait nearly an hour for any type of subpar, rude and incompetent service. This experience alone had made me want to change my bank!

Don't go in if you want to be out in less than 45 minutes. You still have to fill out paper deposit slips, they almost always have 1 teller and gave zero interest in helping move the line along. Horrible customer service. All the poor people in line are always disgruntled and talking to each other about the horrible service. Today 2 people got out of line to go to different branches hoping the service would be better there. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE. They do not care about customer service.

Personally ive just had great experience here. Everyone who works their is very nice, bank advisers treat you like fam & what not. Just wish at times there would be more tellers but 5/5 for me

Waited 20 minutes to get into my safe deposit box. Then when finally got to a teller was told they were doing maintenance on a box and I would have to wait additional time until they were finished. Sorry I didint have the time to wait 1/2 hour or longer not to mention my gas and time I already put into this effort. They should be doing maintenance on off time not during business hours when customers pay for a service.

I m customers of bank of America since 2005, I don't like to have negative thoughts but after covid every come out but not bank of America. I went many branches to do deposit for my business. Is worst service and they suddenly closed branches without any notice. Longer waiting time, employees not showing up or don't like to help you.Like no one cares about customers.

15 people in line 2 tellers and both handling merchant cash (which takes forever)Meanwhile 5 office personnel standing around waiting for loan and new account business to walk through the door. The other local branches are all staying closed (since Covid) so this one is always a mess. The tellers are overworked. So the tellers are not nice at all. I don't blame them. I blame the manager and regional VP. Come on. "Customer Service"

I am so grateful to be forever rid of Bank of America. This branch in particular was absolutely horrible. After switching to Schools' First Credit Union I have realized what an absolutely shitty experience being a Bank of America customer is. Holy cow. Once I came in and my consultant SCOLDED me for my account balance and said that she had a daughter my age and would be horrified if that was her. Excuse me?? Granted, I was in college at the time too so of course I had a low balance! I felt so ashamed that I was on the verge of tears. I told the consultant that her words were out of line and to please apologize. She literally told me to leave. She talked to me like her child that was getting grounded instead of a customer. When I came back the manager extended an apology and said that she would be talked to but still. Do you not screen or train employees on sensitivity? The rates are exceptionally high and they will do anything they can to charge you at any turn. I highly recommend switching to literally any credit union over bofa. Since switching I've only ever been extended kindness, assistance, and much lower rates overall. This Branch is rude, and out of line. At least offer more training so vulnerable customers in tough financial situations aren't verbally scolded by your employees.

We are a business account holder and first impression is the entire team are very professional and pleasant to work with. They are all welcoming and inviting. While there were a few issues originally with our account setup due to multiple partners not having access, it was all handled in a timely manner.The minus 1 star has more to do with the Corporation. BOA had to be the only one thst punishes businesses for depositing cash. How are they going to charge us a fee for deposting cash?
