Edgar chucon in the front is no help. Get somebody with better customer service. I went in to ask to speak to someone about credit card consolidation and he was trying get me to do it myself when I clearly asked to be helped by a real person not for me to do it myself. Do better

Just 2 tellers open right now at 3:20 pm and me and the rest of the customers and I have about 20 minutes waiting in line. Ridiculously slow the tellers and not a lot of windows open ?

Warning do not bank with BofA Their hours are now 10-4pm.2 tellers and a line out the door.They have now made banking an experience much like the DMV.Never again.

I didn’t believe the reviews but I guess they are true I just called to make an appointment and the woman I spoke to told me they don’t have any appointments for today and that they would be able to help me tomorrow and immediately hung up…with out offering an appointment for the following day

The most ridiculous customer service. Believe me, taco truck has someone to serve you but not Bank of America. this location of BOA is the worst of all time in the history of banking.

I feel like the front desk lady don't want to work today, I stood there for more than 30 second, she was on the computer, never offered to help. When I asked for help, she said we don't have anyone for your problem TODAY, go back and make a reservation. Really disappointed.

Horrible Bank of America. Had to come back at least three times because the first associate didn't know what time certain services end. When I did come back Helen, Ellen, Melon...?, Sorry didn't care enough to memorize her name, she wasn't very professional. Instead of being apologetic for having me return two other times she just reitterated their cut off time for that service which is not stated anywhere on their website. Terrible location never going there again.
