I hate when it’s too long line plus one of the manger cut the line for his relatives and doesn’t care about others who’s waiting in line for over 25 mnt, , hopefully bank manager will pay attention

Edgar chucon in the front is no help. Get somebody with better customer service. I went in to ask to speak to someone about credit card consolidation and he was trying get me to do it myself when I clearly asked to be helped by a real person not for me to do it myself. Do better

Just 2 tellers open right now at 3:20 pm and me and the rest of the customers and I have about 20 minutes waiting in line. Ridiculously slow the tellers and not a lot of windows open ?
