I don’t usually leave reviews. This place was terrible. The staff was nice, there was only one clerk, attendant tried to help. They are understaffed. Customers in business line think they can cut everyone else. Go to another location if it’s for the clerk services . I did not end up seeing the clerk and waited thirty minutes. I left .

Not one of the contactless scanners on the ATMs worked so I couldn't pull cash out because the magnetic strip is worn out on my card. What is this, 1994?

I had a disappointing experience with Bank of America due to what I perceived as inaccurate information provided, and the customer service fell short of expectations. Communication seemed inconsistent, leading to frustration and a lack of trust in the overall serviceFurthermore, it's worth noting that this specific Bank of America branch appears to redline customers based on the area's historical fraud issues. Unfortunately, this approach can lead to unwarranted assumptions of fraudulent activity, creating an uncomfortable environment for customers who may face unjust scrutiny. I may be contacting a civil rights lawyer due to these redlining practices at this location. My local branch never does this.

This bank is the got damn worst when it comes to ANYTHING quick. They supposedly have a line for business clients..... Bull$hiiat ! All they have is a sign for them, but, that where it starts & thats where it ends. Good thing i only have to go once a month to make a business deposit. B of A dont give a flying $hit bout any of these remarks either. Just look @ there star rating. Lol

If I could give ZERO stars I would. BofA is the worse financial institution EVER! We deposited a large cashier check today and was told because it was a cashiers check we would have funds tomorrow. Now they give us notice that they will hold the funds until September 20th...really!!!! This is total BS where they just want to take advantage us our money to make interest. What a piece of $HIT bank.Update: now when we wrote a check for less than half the amount deposited this financial flunk-a-tution claimed insufficient funds. This bank preys on holding other people's money to make a buck and do not give a rats A$$ how it effects their "clients".

Horrible! It's super busy here and they only have 2 tellers! 15 people in line and the line is not moving at all. I used to work for B of A years ago and we always had plenty of tellers! Ridiculous! Do not come here unless you're ok with waiting an hour or so!

The worst of the worst it takes them planing very time consuming just to figure out if the should wait in appointments or walk-ins bin hear for aproxcimently 1hour 45min and counting have no choice but to wait now never waited this long in a bank befor for a wire transfer

Horrible horrible location don’t ever go here this manager needs to be fired. Only 1 bank teller working on a Friday afternoon and the manager just walking around not doing anything. I just walked out. Felt really bad for the little old lady standing waiting in line for the 25 minutes I was there for.

I've been a B of A customer for over eleven years and have been to three other locations several times by my home. I mention this to show that I have experience with this financial institution and have always received great service at the other branches. This particular branch is just lousy. Today was my first and last visit here for a routine transaction. I just needed $50 in quarters. This is the easiest transaction as I will be done in just two minutes. I get in a medium sized line and patiently wait my turn. An employee walks through the lines greeting us and asking us what we need. I answer and am told I will be helped as soon as possible. I thank him and continue waiting patiently for the one teller as the line grows longer. I have now been waiting 15 minutes and am next but now the line is very long. An entitled/impatient customer walks in and as soon as he gets in line he starts throwing a mini temper tantrum. He sighs loudly and mumbles to himself and stomps his foot a bit because it's busy... mind you he has been waiting for like fifteen seconds vs my fifteen minutes. Sure enough the same employee checks in with him, and he answers that he needs cashiers checks. He is immediately whisked away and helped ahead of me for whatever reason. I'm now pissed but before I can say anything the teller calls me up and assists me. I'm not going to take it out on her and now have to turn to Yelp to vent. Ok I don't know why that bratty customer got preferential treatment as my transaction was going to be faster and easier than his guaranteed. It's either because he was rewarded for throwing a tantrum or because it might have been race related (I was the only non hispanic person in line and everyone else was speaking Spanish.). Either way it's just unacceptable since I'm waiting my turn and should receive equal treatment and respect. Never again will I come back here as I entered in a good mood and left upset.

Horrible service. Went to cash a BofA cashier check and they wouldn't honor it. Spoke to the manager and she was very combative her name being Gloria Herrera. When asked for her supervisor, she gave my wife a bad number and name. Now she's going WESCOM credit union. I've never known a bank to give such bad service to a 10 yr client.
