I Love this Branch, and it is not even the closest one to my house. It is never too busy, and the managers and team members that are always in the lobby area to assist customers are not only helpful, but also super friendly and personable.

All the staff were extremely professional, patient, and helpful when I needed help wiring money, from the clerk to the bankers to the mangers. Shoutout to Jocelyn, Jessica, Maritza, and Francisco for helping me!

10 people in front of me and only 1 bank teller. How does a bank only have 1 bank teller on the day before a holiday (new years)? Obviously management is doing there job .

I wish I wrote down the tellers name that helped me the last two days I know her last name is Hernandez I think the first name is Jessica but I could be very off anyways she was so extremely helpful I went to a Bank of America across the street from my house and had a very poor experience even though there's always a line at this speaker America I will always continue to go back here because she showed compassion did the other branch did not

Bank of America has terrible service in their banks. Regardless if which one I go to in Anaheim, I consistently have to wait 30 minutes just to deposit a check. They have workers standing around doing nothing while the line goes out the door. Terrible experience with this location and others.

This is the worst bank, don’t go there. Don’t deposit your money there. They don’t cash a check just because I’m not client , even know the check is from Bank of America.

This review is for Jessica Bengochea, relationship manager lending specialist. She was so sweet and helpful updating my last name since I got married, and helped me cancel my current debit card to get a new one with my legal name, and helped set up a financial plan on my mobile banking app. I came in pretty early (around opening time) so maybe that's a good way to avoid those lines some users on here seem to mention. Thank you Jessica.

A bank that does not know banking! People who stand in front supposedly to help people are the least helpful of all. They are basically there to tell you they cannot help you. I have had many issues with this branch before but today was the last one. I paid a fee for a same day wire and transfered money from my broker account to my persoanl account. Wire completed fast and show up in my account. Here is the stupid part: I went to this branch to withdraw money and they told me I have to wait one more day for it to go through! Anybody knows there is no wait time for wires. It is there or it is not! They give me the bank of america's wire department phone number. So I called and they agreed with me. They called the branch manager (Amanda Carrillo). She refused to talk to their own wire department on the number they gave me themselves. She made me wait and afyer 45 minutes when I asked what is taking too long, she did not even bother to explain what she is doing! She was rude, agressive and had the audacity to tell me I can wait more or leave! I decided to close to my bank of america accounts after 21 years altogether. Yoo many bad experiances recently. The least important part of this bank are the customers.

bank of america has and away will be the worst bank of all.. only the d*** or ignorant still use bank of america. never has there been a worse bank and this branch is a true example of the poor service that they are widely known for.

This Bank of America (BofA) Branch in Anaheim went above and beyond yesterday, providing exceptional customer service. I needed to wire some money to a title company to refinance my home and when I arrived when their doors opened at 9 AM, the line was very long. When I finally reached the teller, I was disappointed to learn that she could not wire the money for me and that I needed to work with a specialist due to wire transfers requiring more time. The teller shared that since I did not have an appointment it would be an hour wait. Frustrated in hearing that news as I did not have that much time to wait, I asked to schedule the appointment in the afternoon for me to return to only learn that there were no openings in the afternoon. Now, even more frustrated, as I needed to wire the funds that day, as aske the teller what other alternatives existed and if she could check with another nearby branch and schedule me an appointment in the afternoon. At this moment, Mr. Gabriel Flores, Credit Solutions Advisor, approached me and shared that he had heard our discussion while assisting other customers and said that he could assist. He kindly squeezed me in with Ms. Mojibola Bamidele-Sadiq, Relationship Manager & Business Owner Specialist, to assist me in her office before her first scheduled appointment that morning and she was able to wire the money for me in about 15 minutes. I was so appreciative and grateful for this exceptional customer service, especially with this branch not being my primary branch. I learned through this process that many branches were closed due to the pandemic and that those that were open were experiencing unusually high demand given the economic impacts that the pandemic has had on individuals and businesses. Through their actions, Gabriel and Mojibola each demonstrated what they had communicated in that we are all in this together and that they will and are doing everything they can to assist everyone during these challenging times. As I was leaving, Mr. Francisco Arjon, Financial Center Manager, also approached me and thanked me for my business and patience. Having been a Bank of America customer for over 30 years, I can't say enough good things about this financial institution and especially this branch located at 406 N. Euclid St, Anaheim, CA 92801 and each of them and their employees: Mr. Gabriel Flores, Credit Solutions Advisor, Ms. Mojibola Bamidele-Sadiq, Relationship Manager, & Business Owner Specialist, and Mr. Francisco Arjon, Financial Center Manager.
