Can't believe this branch is so slow ... long line with only 1 teller. Management needs to place another teller to assist their clients.

Never have I been treated so rudely. 25 minutes in line and still not one acknowledgement and the one teller says that he is busy? The service here is zilch. I will never come to the so called branch again...

This branch just reopened and it is light years faster than the other one on imperial, which quoted me 1 hr - 1 hr 30 minute wait time for a banker to help with my business acct. There are 6 bankers there and 2 ppl waiting. 2nd time in a week with these wait times and will probably never go there again. Dont go there, unless you want to spend your day staring at the inside of a bank. Instead, drive the 7 mins to this banking center and get everything done with the nicest and fastest bankers this side of imperial highway. Amal and branch manager (Think it was Denise) were incredibly fast and helpful - got things done before I knew it. This is what a banking experience should be like, painless.

The Anaheim Hills Bank of America helped with splitting my mother's estate. Nicholas Hardi and Kathy provided outstanding customer service.

Their process for walk-ins has become very weak. Someone needs to address it. It gets frustrating if you have to go in for a transaction with a teller.

This is a go-to ATM spot for me as it's close to where I do a bit of shopping. ATM's are well lit, always stocked and plenty of nearby parking for a quick stop. Although many complain of B of A, their fees, locations and rules....I'm pleased that there are so many terminals in all my fave shopping centers around Anaheim Hills and Yorba Linda when I need to withdraw a little cashish to hit those estate sales in the hills. Keep on trucking B of A :-)

B of A has abandoned the notion of customer service at this branch. While it was configured to host 7 tellers originally, the hardware supporting those stations has been removed, leaving only two teller stations operational. You are very lucky, however, if both are ever manned at the same time, and it has been my experience that only one teller works at a time. I look forward to moving to Chase. Hopefully they still value customers, rather than push and nag them to only use online and atms.

I went here to see if could get my over draft fees waived because I recently lost my job, I wasn't able to work for a month and was so behind on bills. The lady was so rude and told me there was nothing she could do. I called customer service and explained to them my situation over the phone and they waived the fees immediately.

There is often a guard here. I don't bank at Bank of America. These two details make taking a pic of the ATM particularly daunting.
