Someone applied for a fraudulent account on my name and after 2 hours on hold and speaking to 4 people, the problem is not resolved.

Their service is so lazy. There was only one teller was helping for 11 waiting people. Three bank people was sitting at their desk without customers and chatting each other. We ask more window open but they keep saying sorry. This emergency situation with Covid, 12 people were waiting for 1 teller. That's so bad!

This bank teller, she showed me mixed bills. Lots of $100.00 then i saw some brand new bills then i pointed my finger that i wanted these brand new bills. I told her please check new bills, then she put money away in drawer. She said no. She doesn't want to do it. She gave check back to me then i tried another teller, but she said closed. Then i had to come back to same teller again, because i can't help it. I'm very angry at this bank teller. I will never come back again. Horrible, this bank is really bad, waiting in long line, way too long. Teller, woman, is terrible and lazy. She didn't want to bother about new bills. I won't go back again. She is very rude.

This has got to be the worse BOA location I've ever been to. There's literally a line of 10 people waiting and 1 teller working. Meanwhile there are multiple people just standing around behind the tellers glass and 3 bankers in the front..

I have never been talked to so rude. Waited on hold. Finally got a live person, then when I started to ask my question, I was Interrupted several times. Never got an answer to my question because she didn't want to listen to the whole question, she assumed she knew what I had to ask and just wasted my time. I will never recommend this bank.

Ok. Wearing mask and keeping social distancing but there are people waiting in line in the sun while there are only 5 tellers workingThe manager should come out and see the long line. Have some shades doe clients ???!!!

I was in this location today and dealt with Jose. I have had an account here for 6 years. I was withdrawing a large amount of money. The teller called Jose to authorize the withdrawl. I was told by Jose that because it was the end of the day, they did not have the cash to give me. That was ok. I asked if I shoukd come back tomorrow. He replied "I dont care when you come back, we just dont have the cash." I said thats fine, Ill see you tomorrow. Jose met me on my way out to say "hey sorry we couldnt complete your withdrawl, but you didnt have to be such an a******** I was dumbfounded. I honestly have no idea where in the interaction I was innappropriate. But for him to call a customer an A**HOLE is beyond unprofessional. Somebody better do some training with Jose!

The absolute worst bank to ever bank with. If you enjoy waking up to less then what you went to sleep with and you are into getting ripped off daily... By all means please bank with these crooks. Time and Time and Time again I have went to a banking center and got nothing resolved. They take a week to process anything. Even the money I have deposited becomes available right away but the system shows it's processing for 4 days.... I have screen shots of my account before I make a payment/transaction and after and 3days later the bank finishing processing and takes the amount again. Then said we didn't charge you twice ,it just finished processing..... When it was already removed from my AVAILABLE BALANCE once. I look forward to serving the bank with papers to take them to court. I had a fraudulent claim from September of 2019.... For 50$ and they denied it. It came from a " third party" atm according to the bank. And we'll they could locate the atm AT ALL! It didn't have a atm fee either. And they did nothing but drag it on. I actually provided a timeline , a physical timeline where I was at the time of said transaction. And this crap bank still took its sweet time. And in the end 5 months later denied my claim and took my money. BANK OF AMERICA IS TRASH. AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EVERYONE. I WENT THROUGH 5 ATM CARDS IN ONE YEAR WITH THEM IF THAT LETS YOU KNOW HOW SAFE YOUR MONEY IS.

I really wanted to give them 0.5 stars, they only had one window open at 1 pm with a line of 10 people! Don't go there unless you don't mind waiting a long time for their lack if efficiency.

I go to Bank of America to try to fix an issue with my bank account. I'm with my wife my 2 year old son. My wife goes inside the bank and as I wait for her I'm in the car and I Noticed the security doing nothing but being on his phone. Several minutes after my wife comes out I Legit catch the SECURITY IN THE FRONT HARASSING MY WIFE AND LOOKING AT HER BUTT THEN MAKING FACE GESTURES (HARASSING)he looks up and catches me staring at him and he laughs trying to play it off. While confronting him about the issue he calls me a "****** and starts to flip me off. I was so mad I didn't go directly to the manager the day of, I left and come back the next day (1/09/19) and the same security's there he knows I came to put a complain against him. He goes inside the bank and starts to star at me like yeah I'm putting a complaint on you !!! He gets mad and starts to push my buttons and the own manager her self saw this going on and she said she didn't like that either. My mom tried to tell him his job is professional and it should be taken serious. His response to that was "the kid was cussing me out I'm not going to let, and plus there so many women I could if I want". After that he start to agitating me by recording me. I really hope something is done by this PREDATOR THAT USES HIS POSITION FOR A BAD CAUSE. the security is there to make me feel secure and welcomed not fucken agitated me let alone sexually harass my wife. I should be able to put a complain about this and be able to feel safe not get told or get treated like I'm a kid. YOU DONT DISRESPECT SOMEONES WIFE SPECIALLY IN A SEXUAL WAY SPECIALLY A CERTIFIED SECURITY This is a public place and they should allow this type of unprofessional people around. I HOPE YOU GUYS GET THIS ISSUE FIXED. I CANCELED MY ACCOUNT DUE TO THIS BUT I WILL KEEP COMING TO THIS BANK SINCE MY MOM HAS IT. NOW I FEEL LIKE I HAVE TO GO WITH MY MOM CUZ OF THIS "SECURITY"/sexual predictor. he was smirking while recording me. THIS GUYS IS SICK

They never have enough tellers. I'm the 3rd person in line and have been here 40 mins. 5 o'clock rush and 2 tellers. I absolutely hate coming here but have to for work. A race at a nursing home is quicker than this place.
