Be careful when buying corona brand products because they come out defective, the store does not accept returns, they give you a form and a phone number so you can deal with the corona brand.

Horrible customer service. Both our machines don't work after being serviced and waited 7 weeks. Multiple office staff hanging up on us trying to get answers. The right hand doesn't talk to the left hand. DO NOT go here. Your machines will be broken after they return them and charge thousands of dollars. You just lost business of an account that is in your backyard. Had to hit one star but they deserve -10 stars.Spoke to the owner "Lisa" and she is absolutely ridiculous if she is even the owner! For a family own business she is pathetic! Stay far away!

took lawnmower to be serviced, B&M had it 6 weeks. nothing was done. Took it to another lawn repair company, was done in 3 days. just an adjustment. I'm done with this co. Had been using it for many years.

I bought two new mowers from this place to run my business, day one, one of them won't star took it back and they fixed it, two months later, took it back for speed adjustment, Fernando said it will take two weeks to take look at it, shame cuz after I spend $2,500.00 on that equipment they're not able to do a five minutes adjustment on the new mowers, I'll not recommend this place to my friends on business or anybody!
