Terrible store, I won't be buying anything here again. I've spent a total of $20k at this store. First, they got the colors wrong, making me wait an extra month. Then, when the products were delivered to my home, I found multiple errors.First, the shower heads. I requested the largest size, and the salesperson Anne assured me she had ordered 14-inch ones(confirmed twice), but what I actually received were 10-inch ones. Second, I asked for one wall arm and one 24-inch ceiling arm for shower heads , but I received two 10-inch ceiling arms. Third, I needed two basin pop-up buttons, but I only received one.After discovering these errors, I called Anne, but she didn't answer the phone, and she didn't reply to my messages. I called the store, and they promised to get back to me this morning. I also sent an email to the store, but so far, I haven't received any response regarding resolving the issue.

We bought appliances from them. It didn’t fit to the specification which their contractor provided to them. They wouldn’t return and had asked to deposit full money in advance so we couldn’t do anything. We lost money and didn’t get the appliances installed. Too much frustration and big disappointment. They lie and cheat. Please go anywhere but this place. BestBuy, CTS appliances, HomeDepot, Lowe’s - try any of these but Azzari.

One of the worst experiences dealing with a company I’ve ever had. David and Anne are extremely rude and unprofessional when everything that went wrong was on their end. Spent well over 75k at their shop but once they get your money good luck getting the correct items to you. So many mistakes with that costed me time and more money such as sending me the wrong sink, forgetting several shelves/cabinets during my cabinet install, lying about the timeline for the project to be done, etc. They were also extremely rude whenever I called to inquire about the items I had ordered. On one backordered item I had ordered they refused to refund me. Shop with them at your own risk

If you are in the market for kitchen appliances, this is a store you will want to consider. We were looking for items that are hard to find, given supply chain issues, and called them late on a Saturday. Their rep, Trung Le, spent almost an hour to locate the appliances for us and was able to locate exactly what we needed amongst a number of items the store had pre-ordered early during the pandemic. We were very fortunate that the store had the foresight to do so, and we were able to get our preferred appliances without a wait, which is generally unheard of at this time. And, throughout the process, Trung provided us exceptional service!

UPDATE: in response to the owners response, you must have been hearing a different conversation because Olga NEVER provided a price range. Your $4000-$5000 is the first time hearing that price. Nor did I ask for an ETA on the item. What I did ask for is, when should I call back for the price, not when is the item available.If you really did hear the conversation, which I question if you heard the it. No where did you guys tell the customer that we are being recorded. California is a "two-party consent" state. This makes it illegal to record a private conversation unless all parties consent to the recording. A violation of this law is a criminal misdemeanor.I literally just paused writing this update to call your store and talked with an employee, again there is no warning that this conversation is being recorded. You just admitted that you have violated California state law, or the recording you mention of, doesn't exist.If there's no recording and you just went off Olga's word, then she is telling you a different version of the truth. If you have recordings then listen to the right one and hear that Olga NEVER mentioned a price range and I never asked for an ETA on the item. The only part of your/Olga's version that is correct is Olga telling me she would have to make a call to find out, find out the price of the item. Not ETA. Not all employees are going to tell their boss the truth. I will be reporting this illegally recorded conversation, unless there is no recorded conversation that exist and you want to change your response to reflect that.Original post:Called to get a price on an item, per their website it stated call to get pricing. When I called, they didn't even have the price available and would have to call someone (maybe the maker of the item?) They asked for my name and number, which I declined to provide and stated I could call back. The lady then gets snappy and said you called wanting information from us, but won't provide yours. I stated I would call back and when would be the best time, Olga then stated called back whenever.Olga was just rude, I'm calling because I'm looking to purchase something and you providing me information is part of providing customer service. Don't make it sound like your doing the customer a favor by providing a price to an item. There are plenty of places to shop at that provide better service.

I have dealt with what seems endless vendors starting my own firm and it has been unbelievable how difficult it is to get someone with straight answers and prompt responses. Without belaboring that point, I am very pleasantly surprised and Azzari has been responsive right away after order with realistic timelines. They provided a personal touch I have not experienced from any vendor whether it's tech, construction, HR etc. I will be doing more business with them in the future!

I visited many appliance showrooms before deciding to use Azzari Design. They carried all the brands we were interested in, with everything in one location. Chris was great, he helped us select our appliances and plumbing for our new kitchen, processed the order smoothly and helped us with our installer. Even after installation and we had an issue with our refrigerator he went above and beyond to help us resolve it. I highly recommend this Chris and this design center!

I was in need of a new 48" SubZero to replace my 30+ year old fridge. Le was extremely helpful, explaining in detail the different model years, side by side vs. French door units, as well as the wait times on each (up to June 2023), spending at least 25 minutes on the phone yesterday. He called me today that he has a unit in their warehouse, and it could be delivered and installed next week. The price was right and I jumped on that. Le was by far the most helpful person I have spoken with about buying a new SubZero, and I've made over 10 calls. He's knowledgeable, offered advice, is very pleasant and friendly to talk to, and went out of his way looking for any promotions available (which there weren't) so I didn't have to make those calls. When we remodel the kitchen in the near future I will look no further for products, and will refer friends and colleagues.
