Aaron is not a good manager. Definitely has a passive aggressive tone or some type of anger issues. Don't know how he can manage a crew if he cant manage a decent attitude towards customers and his crew. Gave me a hard time.

Went to this autozone at 6:30pm at night having car troubles. Adam, who was the assistant manager helped us through it. We weren't sure what the problem was as the car didn't start. Thought it was the alternator so I had asked Adam to check it but it wasn't that. With his experience he thought it might be the solenoid starter and you know what, he was right. With a few taps we got on moving and now we know what to buy and fix. IF YOU GO HERE ASK FOR ADAM THE ASSISTANT MANAGER.

Gabriel Alcantar helped us choose the right battery for my vehicle and also directly assisted us by replacing the old battery with the new battery. AutoZone, thank you for hiring honest, hardworking and knowledgeable employees like Gabriel! Please let him know he's appreciated ??

I called and asked for a specific part and they told me if come by they will order for me. Told me the price and expedited shipping etc...I drive there a week later and guy behind counter said they don't carry it..I said I know, I was told you can order it for me. I looked in the computer and said they can't order it, it's not sold at any locations they have in the system.So I walked out, went to O'Reilly and they ordered it, I picked it up 2hrs later!

We buy parts there for to many years and never have problem,but on the las 3 year they give the bad service and wrong parts my experience be on anahim buena part and norwalk we buy a part for my son and we have to stay over nigh becouse they give the whong part

The employee named Abraham deserved a 10 stars, it is not only he is very knowledgable about everything but he has a very great attitude and personality. He willing to go the extra mile to help me with my car problem at the end of his shift while also at the same time enthuastically helping other people to fix their cars. Abraham is one in a million, this AutoZone lucky to have him.

I went to this store on Lincoln Ave. Needing a fuel-pump! They're were 2 that fit, one cost over $300 and the other was $177. I asked for the less expensive item and they told me they would have to order it, it would be considered a special order, that I would have to pay for shipping to their store! I asked, if any of their other stores had one in stock, he didn't even act like he was checking the computer, he just bluntly told me NO! qqI told them, I would do some research from competitors and try to find one! After 315 min. I found one in stock at a nearby AUTOZONE !I gotta say, AUTOZONE IS GETTING WORSE THAN O'RIELLY'S! I have my vehicles description saved into they're website and this i "I PROMISE" IS A FACT! (: I've screenshotted enough evidence for proof!No matter which part I Google for the same description vehicle, "AUTOZONE" Has the LOWEST PRICED DESCRIBED OART! Once 8 click onto their logo and it takes me to their website, NOW "ALL OF A SUDDEN" The part that matched 5he description of my vehicle ( THIS PART, DOES NOT FIT' YOUR VEHICLE! -CKUCK HERE TO SEE PARTS THAT FIT YOUR VEHICLE! Once I click to see other parts that fit my vehicle, THE ORICE GIES UO, AT LEAST $30, SOMETILES LIRE! If you don't believe it, try it for yourself, ok? Google the year, lake and model of your vehicle, with engine displacement etc. Then ask for WATER PUMP! Follow the routine I described as I did and go back to Google enter sale descriptions as before, then ask for radiator! Once you start to see things I did, go on back to Google repeat process and ask for different parts, like carburator or head-gaskets, exhaust manifolds etc etc etc (IT IS WHAT UT US! They've NEVER EVER, IN LY ENTIRE LIFE TRIED TO STICK IT TO LE ON THE SHIPPING SH_T UNTIL RECENTLY! I'm not going to pay to have 5yecoarrs they're buying from their distributors ar't retail prices and selling to me at 5heur wholesale prices! 8 wonder how many people have they stuck it to them like that? They got my friend Billy in X C. TEXAS SEVERAL TIMES! Hey, 7f you can't afford to have your parts shipped to keep stock, then close the doors; Because screwing your customer's like this is going to run you out if business her8re long!

I have been going to this autozone for the last 20 years. I have always changed my batteries and the staff have always been very helpful in changing that for me. So this time I have called them before I went there and they said they could help me. But when I went there the manager Nathan said he didn't have enough staff's to help me; when I told him that I called earlier and someone assuremetgat they would help to install the newly bought battery, he started accusing me of yelling and warned me that I was being recorded. I was utterly flabergusted by his behavior and left the store.Then I went O'Riley and bought the battery from there and the staff was very helpful. Autozone just has lost a long time loyal customer and his entire family.
