“I had some suspension work done on my Lexus, but ran out of time to get an alignment. So I made the trip from Fresno thinking I'd just find a place in Anaheim to get an alignment. My father in-law recommended WBT and I was perfectly satisfied with the service and customer service. It didn't take long for me to tell these are good folks. Plenty of cars in the lot, customers in the lobby, customers at the counter, and Alex and the crew were swiftly taking care of business. No one seemed upset to be there. That's a good sign when it comes to service and repair facilities. I've been in the automotive industry for 20+ years and good quality service is becoming hard to find. “Came in bc my car was very unsafe to drive and the car had a mind of its own. My car has adjustments for everything from caster, to toe, and camber and has heim joints and all solid connections points to solid metal motor mounts. I was pretty bummed on my suspension but once my car was on the rack they were able to dial in my suspension and they took my car out on a test drive to verify that my car no longer drove all over the road anymore. I fell back in love with my car bc I could finally drive my car the way it should be driven which is high rpms and in boost. I no longer had to half step on the throttle. My car drives straight as an arrow now and now I can get on my throttle and feels super safe and I know longer have to hold my steering wheel firmly when going over grooves or cracks in the road thinking my car will swerve to the left or right with a mind of its own. I highly recommend these guys if you drive a lowered car or have a race car suspension adjustments like I had. Price was fair for the alignment and knowing ahead of time if it's over an hr they'll have to charge a bit more which since my car had alot adjustments it was needed I ended up paying $200 out the door. The 1st shop I called who did alignments like mine was charging me around $350! I thought that was a little steep but they did offer corner balancing for your car which I really liked for future suspension characteristic of having a balanced car on all 4 corners and having a close to 50/50 weight distribution would be ideal for my independent rear suspension for my 1973 Datsun 510!”

“The first time that I came here, it was for brake pad change. The estimate the give you is accurate on both payments and time. They will also demonstrate and show you the condition of previous parts and show you if rotors needs to be changed as well for example. You will see everything. Truly honest and fully transparent people.
The second time my A/C compressor needed to be changed and the engine belt. I called them and they were open for me to tow my car day on the same day.
Overall, both management and technicians are good people and respectful. It has been couple of months since my service my car still work great thanks to them even though it is an old car.
Good place both for something as quick as tire rotation with your oil change or some as hard changing a whole part like AC compressor.

When I brought it in she again went over everything to make sure I fully understood. She let me know everything they were going to do and kept me informed. When I picked up my car she explained to me how to properly maintain my car while my new transmission got adjusted. Prisma is awesome. I definitely recommend being your car to AAMCO brookhurst.”
“Scott was so friendly and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Booking an appointment with him was easy, and fast. He came to my house the next day and was very organized and efficient. “The service is top notched but the work quality is somewhat not entirely satisfied. The battery cap was found inside the vehicle upon released to customer. The panels between the rear pasenger door and rear wheel section are not perfectly flushed. Other than that, the paint looks perfectly matching the original. Good job on the painting.”

“Prompt service, knowledgeable staff. Went in for tire repair (nail in my tire), and they fixed it free of charge. Bad news is, they let me know I needed new rear tires (confirmed), and the fronts were getting close to needing replacement. Zach ordered 2 replacement BFG All-Terrain ko2's, and gave me an estimate for 4 new tires from another brand.
After going home and doing some research, I decided to go with the Toyo Open Country T/A 3's. Called Zach and he gave me an estimate for four of those, and the price was $25 to $50 cheaper than Tire Rack, Discount Tire, and Big O.
Made an appointment for a week later, and the installation was done in a little over an hour.
I'll definitely be going back there for tire needs, and maybe even for routine service.”

“Hi today I want to share my great experience of my visit to this auto repair shop. The owner Fred was great. I came in to get my tires and breaks looked at. He worked on everything on the spot. I bought used tires and the prices in my opinion were great. There's enough space to park which is great cause sometimes it's a hassle when the location has a lot of cars and no where to put yours. In this shop you can get new and used tires. They also repair tires if they need a patch. They do diagnostic and troubleshooting of your car for smog checks related problems, engine light, abs lights, air bag lights and all electrical problems for cars. I highly recommend this shop as I will continue to bring my car here if I have any issues as my experience was excellent and I am positive yours will be too.
