This is the last time I will ever come here! Every time I come hefe there is new staff, I was getting comfortable with the new girl managers and the guy name Jose. They were the nicest staff there and now it’s full of people who simply don’t help you, don’t know anything and a waste of time. They didn’t want to help me transfer my line from my mom account to my own and I was adding my husband to my account, the worst customer service ever, I will take my business elsewhere!

Excellent service and good people in this store. Took care of me with my phone upgrades and new line. They explained everything in detail and had an amazing experience. Will be back to this store if I ever need to head to a AT&T store. Keep it up guys!!!

Firstly, I want to say how pleased I am with the customer service here! Needed to figure out whether I should stick to AT&T or switch to a new carrier to try and cut down on bills a bit. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by the staff working there and was helped immediately! I let them know my situation and they took a look at my bill all while explaining the charges. They worked their magic and switched all my devices onto a new plan, which cut my bill down by almost $90!! I usually try to avoid AT&T stores because it's usually a long process but I was out within 20 mins. Thank you guys! Very nice staff.

I went in to open line, & a separation of responsibility. I was told I could not open a line due to an outstanding debt I supposedly had. I was told to call customer service, I did & turned out i could open one with no problem. I opened a line & when I went back to get phone for the line I was told by representative in store that my account was locked & couldn't be assisted & call customer service again. Turns out it was all bs, my account was okay & rep on phone told me I can go to any store to order phone. Don't recommend going to this store employees there don't seem to want to help or do their jobs.

Me and my family went to this location and the staff plus the manager helped us switch over from verizon. We got new phones, better service, and a bigger package for less than what we used to pay. The manager was able to hook us up with discounted mobile accessories. Finally, we were able to bundle our internet and lines to inorder to get a very good discount.

Great service!The manager (Mahdi) was very professional, gave us different phone & plan options. He was also able to save us money by switching our home internet to at&t fiber.

Went in to open a new line and was met with great professionalism. I switched from Verizon and was happy to save money after today. Store was very clean and manager was very friendly!

I went to buy a phone and found one in my budget. When the store worker came to help me he said the price was $100 higher because the promotion ended a month ago and they hadn't taken the sign down.
