Traded in my old cell phone for Free new phone at Fullerton Store, Never got the credit due to a error from the store, been fighting for a year now. TOTAL RIP OFF. CROOKS. Do not believe them, they are liars.

This store only has 2 people meaning the manager and 1 employee, our family came in around 5:30pm and asked the sales tech person we wanted to upgrade our phones and it seemed like he didn’t want to help us, so finally he got it and started to look up our information on our account and said you have to pay the old phones off before you can look at new phones so my husband asked him how much is the balance and he was all over the place and on top of that he forgot a phone on the account so after that he said let’s pay off the old phones so we did and once we paid the old phones he said I may not have what your looking for his statement was apple 15 plus phones sell like hot potatoes we can understand that but way wasn’t he upfront with us first, very upset at this store weak, we recommend don’t visit this place if your thinking of an upgrade or purchase, also wanted to say in the process of upgrade he did not help us in transferring data or explain on how to transfer data again POOR SERVICE

Not about the store, it's about the bad service. Had an ATT agent come out to our house, signed us up for ATT and Direct TV. #1 Anmol lied to us about the ATT service charge. She said if we cancel within a month, we wont be charged. We got charged, and she never helped us when we called her. I cant get a refund. #2, ATT wifi signal sucks. It wont even reach two rooms over, so i had no wifi in my room. #3. Had a technician come out to move the modem closer, said it would be free because no rewiring was needed, they charged us $147. #4 Tried to get a refund for all the things they said wrong, had to talk to three different agents who previously said "no problem, we will refund you", and i didnt get a refund (Melinda). Hoping Ian, the 3rd dude, after talking 2.5hrs will give me the refund. He said it'll take 30-45 days tho. Don't recommend ATT.

We have been AT&T costumers since it took over Cingular and have visited multiple stores usually having to wait to be helped and not getting all our questions answered but that was not the case at the AT&T at131 E KATELLA AVE! This location has the best costumer service! Abraham was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question we had. If you’re nearby this location I highly recommend visiting this location over the other in the area. Thank you Abraham and team for all your help!

Best service if you are new on getting a carrier and or both, a new phone!Meeting the person in the front of the store, Abraham. discussing phone plans and options with him was clear and to the point!, easy to talk with him and would love to talk more with his charismatic attitude! :-)

The personal at the Anaheim location made my experience as seamless as possible moving from one carrier to another. And there personality and attitude was a big factor for me.

I usually don’t leave reviews. However, Guadalupe the manager, at this location was so patient with the amount of questions I had. She is amazing, clearly does a great job assisting her customers. She gave me such a great deal to port over my family and got us a good bundle deal on accessories. Definitely will visit this location more often. Anyone who wants to be taken care of should visit her location.

How ish this place still in operation? Went yesterday to get two prepaid sim cards and the employee literally tells me it’s his first day on the job and he’s the only one in the store. Manager is gone. He starts working on his iPad and more than half way through his iPad does. Okay, so he hops on to a pc and when the application is done he said he doesn’t have the authorization code. Needs to start over. So he hops on to a different iPad and starts the process entirely over again and, after numerous phone calls to his coworker at a different location. Finally gets the esim connected to the first phone after 70 mins. Guess what? Doesn’t work and employees has no idea to fix it. Calls coworker again. No solution. I get impatient and ask for a refund. Calls coworker again because he doesn’t know how to process it. In conclusion he says he can’t because it was a prepaid so I need to call the corporate to request a refund. Then tells me to leave because he doesn’t like my attitude.I went to a different “official” store yesterday and they got it done in two mins. Two phones.Avoid this store like Covid.

Had a horrible horrible experience! This location is an authorized retailer NOT official AT&T!!! When you sign, they will talk you into signing the contract but will NOT provide a copy nor show you the entire contract! Be aware!!
