BUYERS BEWARE! This store is an authorized retailer for AT&T only. I went in to upgrade my phone. I had been due for an upgrade for two years. He LIED and said I had to add multiple lines to my bill to upgrade my phone and pay less. According to him, adding lines will lower my bill. All lies and deception. He gave me an amount my bill was going to amount to monthly. More lies. I did not agree to the SIX different insurances he added on. Or more upgrades. I receive the bill and it went up over $150.00. Countless phone calls with AT&T. I am still trying to fix my bill. AT&T shared they receive countless phone calls with the same bad behavior. I am now paying an extra $40.00 on top of my phone installment equaling almost $100.00 a month to upgrade my phone. The rep does not care about the amount of time and energy I have spent fixing this. Please do not go to this store. Call AT&T for your upgrade. I am sure this rep is laughing as to how he took advantage of me. This store should not be allowed to operate as a business.

It has been over 2 years since I worked at this store and yet every customer receipt still has my business number on it. I've gone into the store several times, talked to the manager, talked to Juan the district manager. They all said it would be changed and it hasn't. Customers call me all the time. There is either a lack of knowledge or follow through. Either way, they don't want to make it easy for you as a customer to contact them for any reason. Do better.

Tried to buy a prepaid and dude said, “Manager won’t let me sell anything other than the $40 plan or the $60 plan” when I just wanted the $30 plan. He told me to go to corporate if I wanted that plan. This is a prime communications btw, I know because I worked for prime for a couple of years. You have got to be quite the salesman to NOT want to sell something to someone. Whether the plan is $60 or $30, you still get only a $2 spiff. Great job training this one, Chris.

Just walked in to get a prepaid number and the dude in here claimed he's new and his manager only lets him sell certain plans for prepaid. See I worked for this exact company and know he's lying and said he was trained that way. Hope not wanting to sell something to me was worth it bro. A prepaid sale is a $2 spiff no matter what plan you show me.

The representative, Rodrigo, who helped me went out of his way to help me from beginning to end on setting up my new mobile Apple phone was excellent to ensure that all went seamless regarding my new phone purchase and service.

They use to have a wonderful girl working there. Her customer service was incredible, they now have this man who is rude and arrogant towards women. I recommend the other At & t off of Imperial, everyone there is very polite.

Your manager at this location is awesome. Reason why we stayed and end up updating all phones on my plan which is 6 phones. Hands down for her customer service. Legendary customer service. Will be back

The place is spacious, neat and impressive! The staff are very knowledgeable. I would like to Recognize Efren for taking his time to help us transition to I phone 14. He was thorough and patient. He didn't stop helping us until the job is finished! Great work!!

Horrible customer service. I completed a transaction to trade in my phone. I realized later that day that I was not presented with all of the options so I called first thing in the morning to discuss with the manager. She insisted that she discussed everything with me, gave me all of my options re: storage capacity, and that I told her exactly what I wanted and declined to make any changes from my current phone capacity. That isn't true. I didn't physically have the new phone (it was on order and had not yet shipped.) She said there was nothing she could do. Also not true. I called customer service, had the order cancelled and ordered the new phone (with no restocking fee.)In order to encourage me to buy the new phone on the spot, she also told me that the trade in promotion was ending in 24 hours. I confirmed today with customer service that isn't true - it is valid for 2 more months. Bad all around. I will go to the ATT store near Rite Aid instead.
