Although I've been a loyal customer of this vape shop for almost a year and have even brought in friends, I've unfortunately had to make the decision to move on. While most of the staff has always been accommodating when it comes to coils and vape juice, I had a negative experience with one employee named Medy. Despite making sure to clarify his name's spelling, he was not willing to work with me on these items. However, I am excited to explore online options for my vaping needs and will be taking my monthly orders there, along with my friends' orders. While I had a great experience with this shop before, I know that there are plenty of other options out there and I'm excited to try them out.

i called the shop in the morning asking about 18650 batteries. They said they had them one for 15 or two for 25. i went in later that evening and asked for that 2 for 25 deal. the worker said that's not the pricing but then later agreed to 2 for 25. only reason its not a 5 star spot is cause they don't have 0mg E liquid. That's the whole point of vaping to eventually use 0 mg liquid and they don't have an. makes no sense

This is a shady business. His prices changed when it's in his favor. To be fair my first day I went the owner was super nice. (Is he a twin?) I purchased a $45 torch. there was several & the one I purchased was the higher priced one. The second one was $40, $35, $30. When I left I was happy with my purchases, good service, which included the gentleman answered I could exchange it if needed when I asked. Today Sunday the 8th, which is the next day, I came back to exchange it, because after opening it up and taking a really good look at it, it just had too many different buttons to function. I'm used to click, click and it lights on. He got frustrated at some point and tried to get me to take a $30 one saying it was a $45 torch. It was not. Then he had the nerve to say it would be $5 extra cause it cost more. Not only was it not five dollars more, the one we were going to exchange, it was a $30 one that he quoted me yesterday and said he did not. In the end was mad because by then two people were watching the whole exchange. He got rude after I insisted on the exchange. his final word was "next time I will not show you anything else!" Really dude.? There won't be a next time and to look out for his review! It's a nice big great shop. No music but puts on a good show when he sees new customers. But after that he becomes who he is....dishonest! I try not to give bad reviews but this one deserved it. This is going on Instagram too!

The employees are really helpful, coming here many times and being a loyal customer will get you good deals and coupons. In general the shop has good prices. I suggest always asking for a recipe and holding onto it until satisfied with your purchase because it’s a mistake I’ve made a phew times for not asking for a recipe. I will continue to come back because I’ve been treated well. Thank you

Wow , great customer service with bigJuice , disposable and Glass selections! Prices is fair and good and they have good deals always :). The store so big and clean . 5 stars for sure ?
